   2. Free-of-charge spare parts and technical service would be directly supplied from factory headquarter during the warranty period.
   3. The spare parts and truck damage caused by quality problem is covered during the warranty period.
   4. For common malfunction which could be fixed up easily in short time, we will support by necessary online instruction and video demonstration.
   5. For big and serious problem in use which could not be fixed up in possible solutions provided, we will dispatch technician to site free of charge during warranty, and make related charge beyond warranty.
