Main Beam
 We reserve the concept of "safety factor", and remain the traditional main beam fabrication method. Each of the beam is made by 6mm thickness of side board, and 8mm top and bellow board. 

Bearing System 
 The reducer is hardtooth designing. Bearing is HA/WA/LUO 3 brands. Casting box type. The gear box is made by our factory in order to give a reliable quality. The market has many suppliers, and some of them can get 50% price than ours. However, we do not reduce the quality in order to reduce the cost. 

Double C-track Festoon System
 Festoon cables are suspended on cable saddles, fixed to cable trolleys, running in a galvanized C-track, which is connected to the main girder with bolted or welded support brackets.
 4mm thickness national standard trackpull and push wheel with sealed bearing.
 Flat cables used for festoons are PVC insulated flexible flat cables rated for 450/7, for strong life.
 Electrical box has indication of working.
 This double C-track festoon system makes the driver can  be separate from the hoist, so that give a maximum safety protection. 

Beam
 Main Girder, End carriages, Crab Frame manufactured from box plate design / Rolled Sections. If required 100% radiography of all butt welding joints of bridge and end carriages can be provided.

Motors
 Frequent starting, reversing & braking, dust proof construction foot / flange mounted TESC / TEFC, Sq. cage motors with integrated safety brakes, insulation class F-H, IP54 protection for hoisting, CT & LT motions. Squirrel Cage Induction Crane duty motors of reputed make (Motors may be used preferably of JIAMUSI/NANJINGZONGCHANG make), CDF25%, totally enclosed, fan cooled, insulation Class-F & confirming to relevant latest GB/T
 1032-2005.

Brakes
 Independent Hydraulic Brake Conical rotor type or "Fail to safe" action type Electro-hydraulic drum / disc  brakes type to be provided to hold the mechanism in position instantaneously as soon as the power supply is 'OFF' either accidentally or intentionally for all motions.

Gear Box
 Accurate hob cut helical / spur gears & pinions having hardness 250 to 350 BHN made from carbon alloy steel, smooth operation & long life, can equipped with SEW/ABB brand high quality gear box

Electrical Panel
 Modular design, ease to install and  maintain, reliable operation, fuses less circuitry, ducted wiring and compact terminals. Motor overload protection to prevent overloading. If cabin control, it can be equipped with Air-conditioning and with easy and convenient control panel.

Limit Switch
 For over Hoisting and Over lowering: Shunt, adjustable type. Two way lever type for CT both direction and LT both direction of reputed make.Safety limit switches for stoppers will be provided to prevent over traveling in all motions

Control Panel
 Through Cabin Control as also with Master Controller with Push Button for ON, OFF, UP, DOWN, Forward, Reverse, Left,  Right, Bridge Light & Emergency Stop. Operating safe Voltage 36Volts, hanging in the end of Bridge Girder.The control panel of crane should consist of Fuses, reversing air breakers, step down transformer, relay etc. The wires  / cables should be numbered as per circuit diagram. Circuit diagram covered with sheet to be provided on the inside of panel door.
