Technical proposal for

1. Lifter Profiles:

The lifter was designed as Two-hand operation,  quick-swift handling machine for materials below 35kg of drums, it feature the control model like “motorcycle accelerator” for lifting and lowering and with a “brake-like” quick vacuum release valve, by which the suction cup can take off from items very quickly.

Capacity: 35kg for semi-porous materials or 45kg for dense materials

2. Standard Vacuum Lifter-Model No. ESL120/22

• Main components:

1. Vacuum blower: Siemens vacuum blower, model GS2.2, power supply 380V, 50-60Hz, 2.2KW, maximum vacuum flow 150cbm/h, maximum vacuum pressure -55kpa

2. Lifting tube: diameter 120mm, tube length 2550mm, maximum lifting height 1700mm, maximum loading 35kg for semi-porous,45kg for dense.

3. A round suction pads for barrels. The pads diameter will be 220 mm, mounted onto the control house by flange; the cup suction force is about 120kg (measured on minimum safety vacuum level -40kpa).

4. An air leak- proof ball bearing and a single-way valve integrated inside of upper rotation jointer which is used to prevent the goods falling down in case of power lost.

5. Two-hands control unit with a rotation handle for up and down, the brake handle for quick release, the handle is “L” shaped extension for higher position handling

6. A plastic vacuum filter mounted on the column to keep the air clean.

7. A vacuum regulator mounted on the vacuum blower which protect the blower in case overheat, the preset vacuum pressure is -45kpa

8. 8M vacuum feeding pipe of Diameter 52mm for vacuum feeding

9. An electric control box mounted on the column for power switch
