It’s okay to clamp thick plates, but thin plates can’t be clamped.jpg

It’s okay to clamp thick plates, but thin plates can’t be clamped

The solution is to put the round pier corresponding to the teeth and I circled it here, put a spacer and raise (block up)it. .jpg

This will happen after a long time of use. The teeth will wear out. It will have problem to clamp the thin plate. It is not a big problem. Just put a spacer on the round pier.
besdies, pls note this steel plate clamps cannot clamp stainless steel plates
The problem is teeth.

Customer: I have some questions:
I undestood that the problem is the teeth, the plate its too thin than the clamp can grab. More teeth its necessary to lift the plate, right ?
The solution its put a spacer here ?

The original space who comes with clamp lifting its made with iron. The thickness spacer to thin plates need to be more thicker than the original one?
In the begin I thought that needs to put on top of the spacer thata comes with the clamp lifter.
The spacer and spring from clamp lifter are spare parts, right? Do you have this spare parts to sell? Can send me price from all spare parts of all products that shipped in our last order?
Do you a spacer for thin plates to sell?

RAMHOIST: The original clamp does not have spacer, there is no distinguish for thin plate or thick plate, just ordinary spacer, We do not sell this spacer but we can buy some for you in next order, or you can buy in local hardware shop, I assume in every hardware shop it has this.

Customer: Can you take a Picture from this spacer? Can you make a video placing the spacer on the vertical lifter ?
And about spare parts from clamps, spring and teeth, do you have this parts to sell ?

RAMHOIST: Videos are in above links, below are pictures, we sell this parts:
