How to repair electric hoist’s speed reducer?

Transmitting power, reducing the speed and increasing torque of the drive parts are main function of the explosion-proof electric hoist, hoist function will be affected and cause heavy losses if gear reducer is damaged. We need do below steps to avoid:
 1, Discharge lubricating oil and take out all the parts, remove joint surface’s rust & dirt
 2, Keep surface clean by using kerosene, later a thin layer of red oil in the joint surface will be coated after grinding
 3, Scrape the burr and individual high points 2-3  times you grind
 4, It is important to inspect all parts before using of explosion-proof electric hoist to avoid  accidents.
