We received our last order in Dec/2022. When we were checking all goods and we found problems in bottle jack.

We received the goods for our last order and we have some observation below:

Manual Winch 1200LBS with 8 meter Rope we received all box without identification mark:

During the running condition of machine along with Electric Chain hoist, we used hoist for lifting of beams as we doing same as regularly practice, suddenly the chain broken , beam felt down beam completely broken and damage the machine parts as well ,one of our colleague also safe from this accident kindly justify who are the responsible of this big accident if someone life hurts. I am attaching p pictures of parts which broken completely and we want you to justify metallurgy you use to make the chain and other major parts , also provide the damage parts for running the production as after accident its affect production badly.

Please justify the life of major parts like chain, Chain guider to secure this type of accident in future.

We have a customer asking u show to make the maintenance in  Lifting Clamp – Vertical.

I am T*** from F**** Vietnam,

Just let you know that  the latest shipment of hoists that you just shipped to Vietnam in August,2021, The Winches had wrong length shafts, it is too short.

It should be 260mm length , not 220mm as you sent.

Anyway, We had to make our own one here so it can fits. So can you pls check and make sure the correct length shafts for the next orders of hoists as what you made before.

07. SPECIFICATIONS

7.1 General
