Dear Sirs,

if we pick up your chain hoists in our sales programme we need the following documents:

Users Instruction Manual in German language inside the packaging together with the Tüv certificate, certificate of conformity!

We need the chain hoists in blue colour, length of the chain 6,5 m and the length of the hand chain also in 6,5 m!

Is it possible to send us a sample, completely, as above mentioned? If you can fulfill all our wishes it can be the beginning of a new business relationship.

We can use in Germany language but need MOQ: 500 sets.

We can make the blue colour but need MOQ: 200 sets.

Attached blue colour for your reference, may I know whether this color you request?

May we send our normal color for your testing firstly? blue colour should be customized, and sample is charge.

first we want to add that the chains both (not only the hand chain) have to be zinc plated (see enclosed photo)! This is very important. Concerning the colour on the photo, this is the right one. You can send us a sample in another colour, but it has to be the same quality, we afterwards get from you. If quality fits to our wishes the minimum order is no problem.

Quality for our normal color is same as blue color you need.

I think 1 set sample for 1 ton is ok for testing.

1 ton chain hoist (1 set): 55.58 USD

Sea freight charges (clearance delaration fee+handle fee+document fee): 81 USD

Total (to Hamburg,Germany): 136.58 USD

Sorry, but the freight costs are too expensive! Is it air freight or ship freight?  We  need some samples to let them check for the German market by the TÜV Rheinland. The certificate number you gave us we cannot find in the TüV registration. So, please make us a better freight price! Will it be cheaper if you send us 10 pieces? We will afterwards order big quantities, please also think about this.

Another suggestion:  We have suppliers in Ningbo and Shanghai. Perhaps you can send them the chain hoists and they put it in our container with our next delivery.

TÜV Rheinland registration no.: AM 50233188 0001

The cost is Chinese custom charges for exporting by sea, we don’t charge you freight for the sample, 10 pieces is also this price (basic cost). We don’t not suggest air freight since freight is much higher (it is calculated by KG) although custom does not charge.

For your another suggestion, may I know the estimated next delivery time for your container?

thank you for quick reply. We have checked the TÜV registration No.  you gave us. Unfortunately it is no longer valid! But we urgently need an actual TÜV certificate, otherwise we cannot sell the chain hoists on the German market! Please comment!

Sorry, but we were interested in your chain hoists because our supplier stopped producing them. But now he started producing better ones and because we order a lot of other things from him we prefer to order the chain hoists from him, too.  Maybe in the future we come together.
