Following two types are required:

A         HOIST CHAIN STEEL, GEARED HAND OPERATED LOAD CHAIN

• Working load: 02 TON 

• MAX DIST      18 ½” (INCH) (HOOK TO HOOK WHEN DRAWN UP)

• HEIGHT OF LIFT  10‟(FT)

• GEAR LENGTH          03 MTR

• Ultimate Strength Test (in accordance with BS 3243) but at five times the SWL for five minutes. (For Marine Applications)

• Static Load Test (BS 3027 refers) of twice the SWL

• classification M2 in accordance with classification table contained in BS 3243

• Qty Required    50 each

b.         HOIST CHAIN STEEL GEARED HAND OPERATED SWIVEL HOOKS

• Working load                01 TON

• Ultimate Strength Test (in accordance with BS 3243) but at five times the SWL for five minutes. (For Marine Applications)

• classification M2 in accordance with classification table contained in BS 3243

Thank you for your offer ,,however we would like to request for chain hoist with break load of 5:1 ,,instead of 4:1 ,,as this is required for marine and offshore duty and the rules specify that the break load should be 5:1 time.

RAMHOIST: standard is 4:1, we can use G100 chain to make break load 5:1, but for other parts, it is still 4:1

the best way is to buy 2ton chain block to instead of 1ton chain block, then break load for 1ton is 8:1, buy 3ton chain block to instead of 2ton
