Shell: Light aluminum alloy shell shall be adopted which is light but hard and fit for the use in various work environment with the compact design. More thickness of sheet cover, gear cover and side plates guarantee good quality and reliability.
Hook: Forged and heat treated load hooks with batch trace ability and stretch indicators is equipped with safety buckle to prevent falling off and to ensure superior quality and safety. Hook uses embedded design to ensure better safety.
Chain: Chains are made of special alloy steel and are resistant to rust and corrosion.
Tail ring pin: The tail ring pin is strengthened to protect the guide wheel better.

QUALITY FEATURES:

(3) Forged swivel hooks and latches prevent twisting of chain and reduce unintentional unhooking of the unit or the load.
(4) Two-stage gear reduction with hardened gears and pinion.
(5) Specially heat-treated and proof tested steel chain hoists equipped with a safety guard.
(6) The static test is 4 times of capacity, and running test is 1.5 times of capacity one by one.
