 Please ensure that your quotation includes the following:

• Detailed description of the materials and services offered

• Manufacturer name and country of origin of the offered item/s to be clearly mentioned. Kindly note, when request is ex-Works, if quoting on behalf of the manufacturer pls provide representation agreement

• Pricing and delivery terms

• Relevant technical specifications and certifications

• Payment terms and any other relevant terms and conditions

• Shipping terms

• Any other charges as applicable – Packing & Handling, Inspection, Attestation of Invoice and Certificate of origin, courier for shipping documents etc

 Additional Terms:

• Delivery Schedule: Materials and services must be delivered in accordance with the specified delivery date and instructions.  Kindly note any delay beyond stipulated delivery time will result in 10% penalty so please quote real time delivery schedule

• Payment Terms: Payment will be made in accordance with the agreed-upon payment milestones or schedule.

• Evaluation Criteria: Vendor proposals will be evaluated based on factors such as price, quality, delivery time, and other relevant criteria.

• Confidentiality: Vendor's proprietary information and trade secrets will be treated as confidential and protected by KOC.

• Certification Authenticity: The vendor is responsible for ensuring that all related certifications submitted to KOC are authentic and related to the materials being offered.

• Right to Reject Proposals: KOC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

• Vendor Qualifications: When applicable, vendors must have relevant experience and certifications related to the materials and services requested.

• Validity of your offer should be valid for minimum 90 days from the given closing date.

• Confirm the item offered meet our specifications or state any deviation. If any ‘DEVIATION’ / ‘NO DEVIATION’   please mention clearly to avoid any issues at time of our tender evaluation by the tender committee. No further deviations will be acceptable after technical evaluation & award.
