Our End-user is asking to confirm from you that the lock nut is included with the jack to stop it in same position after lifting.

RAMHOIST: The offered item is single acting,  do you need self-locking function and how long do you keep? better to know the working condition.

RAMHOIST: need 400 USD extra for the lock nut function (self-locking function)

End-user told us after issuance of PO for the lock nut function and we got Approval from our higher management and we shall not go again to our management to revise PO and increase PO valve.

Please try to understand our position and provide jack with lock nut/holding function within the same cost.
