Nelogis  is currently seeking qualified vendors to provide quotes of LIGHTING EQUIPMENT (RACK JACK)_in support to UNITED NATIONS INTERIM SECURITY FORCE FOR ABYEI _UNISFA specified on RFQ-Nelogis-UNISFA LIGHTING EQP_MR_20220131.  Please review all of the information below and pay close attention to the specifications identified in the RFQ . This will be a price, technical acceptance and delivery led time sensitive acquisition and we ask that you consider that when formulating your best solution. 

-       Questions are due on Wednesday  9^th  February 2022 by 1500 EST or before. Remit all correspondence as a reply to this email.

-       Quotations are due on Monday 21^st  February 2022 by 1700  EST or Before. Please remit all correspondence as a reply to this email.

Notes to Offerors:

• Confirm receipt of this email as well as your company’s intent to submit a complete response by the deadline identified above.
  

• The specified mark is for reference only. Supplier may quote the same or alternate brands that meet or exceed the required specifications.

• Please provide items pictures, specs / description, links as this is required by UN.

• If there is any additional transport  / VAT cost, Vendor should listed in a separate column on specific line item;
  

• On payment terms we are looking is NET 30, but this can be negotiable.

•  price of quotes that meets Nelogis r initial quote / Proposal should contain the Offerors best terms from a price standpoint. 

• Nelogis reserves the right to award total or parcial order as required.

• Nelogis reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Buyer later determines them to be necessary.

• Vendors can quote partially.

• Kindly confirm if items / equipment  are US or no US origin and where those are located.
  

• Take a note of Quantities and Specs as per the RFQ attached.

• Please provide Warranty offered with your offer ( Not less than one year). 
  

• Please provide Weight & Dims and  with your offer. 

• Please provide lead time as this is critical / high visibility equipment.

• References_ The bidder should provide minimum two (02) clients reference letters of similar scope for supply of similar materials.
  

• Quality Certification_ The items offered must be produced by an ISO 9001 or equivalent certified company. Vendors are therefore required to include in their offers the quality certificates of the manufacturers of the items they are offering
  

• Delivery Period: Vendors are required to indicate a delivery time not exceeding sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of a Purchase Order.

Notes on Shipping:  

Please confirm shipping cost for each item offered under this RFQ.

Material must be packed ready to ship in 20-foot containers. Quantity per container must be clearly specified in vendor’s submission.

Vendors should spec with its offer pickup/delivery terms.
