Maintence: If product goes wrong, we will help you to fix it, by text or vedio. To save both of our cost.

Before delivery, each of Electric Pallet Truck has been tested in our own workshop, We have sold so many Electric Pallet Trucks in domestic and abroad, there are seldom complain about the quality and almost no maintenance during warranty, However, once goes wrong, we will do our best to help you!

Firstly, the required pallet truck is supposed to operate at different terrains, including the epoxy floor and the interlocking block floor, is the proposed truck favorable and operatable on both?

Secondly and most importantly, the priced as quoted by you is not favorable and too much high.

You are thereby requested to kindly revisit your price and facilitate us with special discounted price at its earliest.

1, it can be operated at different terrains, including the epoxy floor and the interlocking block floor, as long as the floor is smooth and can bear the load (不管上面地面只要平整并能够承重就可以)

2, we can give you 4% discount to support you but it is TT payment but NOT LC, if you need LC operation, need extra 300 USD for bank charges

Your response on the below inquiry sounds perfect except the discount rate, despite off your discount, the proposed price is surpassing our budget limit.

You are thereby requested to kindly provide us with a special discount of 15% so that we can go ahead for further processes.
