Introduction:
Automatic plate type sterilizer is designed for dairy product, fruit juice, beverage or similar liquid materials. The material through sterilization and cooling to extend the shelf life. Plate Type Sterilizing Machine:
Plate type sterilization machine is suitable for the liquid materials such as fruit juice, tea beverage, dairy products, beer, health drinks, etc. Control can be realized by setting control panel or just through computer which can be easily connected.
The machine adopts UHT Processing method, makes the liquid dairy beverage and juice etc strictly sterilized, then into aseptic package,with the sterilization temperatture 137 degree, warm keeping time 3-5s. so to keep the original nutrition, color and flavour of the beverage and diry, this machine with the advantage of high heat recycle, compact and fine structure, and temperature control. Outputting material temperature, and cool package. Capacity 1-10T controling way semi-automatic, full automatic (PLC controling, touch screen).
UHT Plate type Sterilizer is PLC controlled, with optional capacity from 1t/hr to 15t/hr. The system work in aseptic section and normal section, for the technical requirements of filling at low temperature, normal temperature and high temperature. The seven-section heat exchanger ensures minimum consumption of energy, and perfect design of CIP and SIP satisfies the demand of cleaning and sterilization. Ultra-high temperature water is employed as the media for the heating of materials and temperature adjustment of filling exit, featuring high accuracy.

Even if the flow velocity of fluids is below renault permitted value, the fluid between plates still makesthree-dimensienal movement which will cause the liquid to form turbulent movement, so as to reduce the heat resistance of the verges of plates and intensify the heat transfer efficiency.

Main Description:
Ultra High Temperature Flash Sterilizer adopts casing structure, owns the characteristics such as high efficiency, energy saving and simple operation. Due to the short heated time, nutrition loss is small, so it is widely used in fresh milk, soybean milk, fruit juice, beverage, soy sauce, wine, ice cream paste and other fluid materials such as soymilk, fluid drugs. If the homogenizer is set together, it can also be used for high viscosity materials such as sugar beets and condensed milk and so on.
Main Principle:
The general material into the heat exchange device through the centrifugal pump to get preheating, then after the high temperature barrel which is full of high pressure, the material is rapidly heated to the sterilization temperature and maintains for about 3seconds, the microorganism and enzymes are kills quickly. After getting out the high temperature barrel, the materials cool down by heat exchanging with cold materials, so the temperature is generally low than 65° C. If the next process needs to increase temperature, it can be done by adjusting the angle globe valve or circulation. Otherwise, cooling water should be access to low the discharge temperature. The discharge is controlled by throttle valve. Under a certain pressure, this valve can maintain the boiling point higher than highest temperature. Adjust this valve when normal production, the driving force from the pump overcome the spring pressure to form backpressure, and thus to control flow. Surely, it should be all open when cleaning this sterilization machine. Circular storage tank can be used for the preparation of acid and alkali solution, and clean the coil fouling in the inner wall effectively. Because adopting the stainless steel triplet cock, the flow can be adjusted suitably.

The equipment adopts multiple-tube type, the multiple tube consist of many parallel small tubes, then connect many section multiple tubes. Each segment called a lift, the inner tube of every lift connected by U type tube, the outer tube connected by branch pipe. Material flow in the inner tube, the heating medium reverse flow in the outside tube, through the inner wall to heat transfer. The qty and diameter in each shell and tube can change, to meet the quality of the material and requirement of heat. The inside and outside of the tube adopt unique set of floating head and double seal design, to avoid the dangerous of pollution, it is convenient to open the pipeline to repair and inspect at the same time, it also can bear high pressure, the maximum allowable pressure can reach 100bar.
