1, Before using the fastening screws must be checked once, while opening the gear box oil cover, add the appropriate amount of mechanical gear lubricant, and then cover the oil cover, and first open the empty car, to wait for the oil throughout the bearings and gears, the direction of the official driving use.

2, Strictly prohibited in the winch is, rear operation, such as special circumstances must be operated in this position, it must be installed with protective devices to prevent accidents.

3, Each lifting of heavy objects must first be low distance test lifting, check the effectiveness of the brake is not too tight or too loose phenomenon, if so, must promptly adjust the brake lever spring nut, and does not allow the lifting of heavy objects suspended in the air.

4、Before the power supply is connected, the good condition of the grounding wire must be checked to prevent electric shock accident, and the main power supply must be cut off after the work is finished.

5、In the process of use, if the brake disc is tainted by oil and thus reduces the brake efficiency, you can sprinkle some dry powder (such as dry lime powder, etc.) that can restore the brake efficiency.

6、Check the fasteners frequently to prevent loosening and affecting the safety of use.

7, The machine can not be cleaned or refueling, not in front of the machine or heavy objects below the station, and pay attention to the machine running performance, often keep the transmission parts of good lubrication.

8, Wire rope winding in the reel on the safety circle of not less than three turns.

9, Winch only for lifting goods, can not be used for transporting people.

10, Absolutely prohibit the use of more than the rated load.

11, The winch installation must be solid, reliable, the bottom plane shall be flat, level.

12, The use of lifting motor, cam switch and adjusting resistance can not be used for speed switch, only for buffer starting.
