            Crane Kits for small capacity top-riding and underhung cranes with electric hoists and bridge controls (electrical panels), end trucks. They are the lifting equipment which are used to carry out loads lifting. With the help of end trucks, the main girder of crane kits runs along the track longitudinally, which can make full use of the space under the bridge to transport the loads, totally free from the obstruction of ground equipment. Crane kits are the important tool to realize mechanization and automation in modern industrial production and lifting transportation.

           Just simply combine components hoist, end trucks and controls as a kit, it is not traditional complete crane systems. Actually, a full  and complete “crane kit set” for local bridge crane building will included all components needed less the girder. The complete components of crane kits include the main girder, two end trucks, one electric wire rope hoist with motorized trolley, one electric festoon system, one cable with quick-connect plug, one pendant controller, and one control panel with variable frequency drives. What’s more, we will provide the maintenance and parts manual to fully meet customers’ requirements.

           The average crane kits building time will roughly take  twenty (21) hours to build from start to finish. A supplied kit with tailored component packages for efficient single or double-girder and suspension crane solutions that save you time when building. Crane sets must be based on standardized components for simple and user-friendly assembly and contain plug-&-play principle eliminating wiring.

           The wire rope hoist of crane kits is exceptionally reliable. The large drum diameter provides hoist the best wheel loads and lowest headrooms in industry. The structure is made of rectangular steel tube or steel plate. Besides, the steel’s material is national standard Q235B  or Q345B, which can provides more security to the load works and prolongs our  products service life. The end trucks offer great stability thanks to their torsionally rigid, enclosed box-section profile with a reinforced connection  plate and welded diaphragm plate. Maintenance-free drives with anti-friction bearings lubricated for life and travel wheels made of spheroidal cast iron provide for favourable travel characteristics.

           Different types of main girder are included in  our crane kits, like single girder and double girder. In order to meet the  different needs of different main girders, we supply matching components to our customers.

           They are widely used to assemble, repair, load and  unload, transport, check at workshop, construction, factory, indoor-outdoor  warehouse, metallurgy and so on. 1.  Mechanical  parts
Mechanical parts include the main girder, end truck and trolley(suitable to double-girder crane)
Steel plate material Q235 or Q345B  carbon  steel (similar with foreign steel plate Fe3 or Fe52).  They all have the primer and finishing paint, a long service life, beautiful outlook and lustre, and they also are in compliance with GB/T 3811-2008 (≈ISO 4301-80 ≈ISO  4302-81).
Main girder and end truck adopts bolted connection to ensure strength and accuracy of the whole set.

   ① Main girder

        Main joint adopts union melt welding, nondestructive inspection.

   ② End truck

       Our end truck with wheels are driven by motors, which have a function of running along the track to help the crane move longitudinally. The duty cycle of end truck is 40% ED

   ③ Trolley

       The trolley and crane adopt three-trinity driving mechanism, frequency stepless speed regulating, hard-tooth surface, disc brake. It is suitable to the double-girder cranes, and can load the hoist to move freely along the main girder.

          Festoon cables are suspended on cable saddles, fixed to  cable trolleys, running in a galvanized C-track, which is connected to the main  girder with bolted or welded support brackets. Flat cable, galvanized track and cable pulley for trolley traveling power supply, smooth traveling The multi-wire type fixed cables with plastic insulation are intended for crane usage.
          Cables are coded either with numbers, colors or tags for easy identification.
          The flat cables used for festoons are PVC insulated flexible flat cables rated  for 450/750V, specially designed for cranes, hoists.

           Safe slide wire provides power conductivity is high and voltage drop is small, and current collector slidespeed is swift.

 3.  Lifting mechanism
