  Double Girder Trolleys which without control, are the traversing apparatus to be used for double girder bridge crane(overhead crane). For big capacity crane with double girder, it is necessary to use double girder trolleys to connect double girder and electric hoist. Our double girder trolleys can be used various types of hoist like electric chain hoist, European electric hoist and others. Besides, dual hoisting mechanism is also very suitable for them.

 Double girder trolleys play an important role in the load jobs of double girder bridge crane. They hang fixed type electric chain hoist, or wire rope hoist, and traverse in the double girder. They have the function of running smoothly and longitudinally along the double girder to transport the loads. The way of transporting can greatly provide convenience for users to easily and quickly carry out the heavy loads works.

 The respect dollies of double girder trolleys in the system are independently driven. The structure is made up of side track and track for horizontal movement. Moreover, turnplate and other sections form a 3D network for material conveyance. The multiple control mechanism which is able for scattered control, centralized control, or distributed control measures. The dollies are able to perform full automatic operations according to the set program.

Double girder trolleys have the heavy duty structure, stable wheel, high-quality buffer and high-efficiency driving mechanism, which are the important components of our products. The structure is made of rectangular steel tube or steel plate. Besides, the steel’s material is national standard Q235B or Q345B, which can provides more security to the load works and prolongs our products service life. The wheel is forged by the 42CrMo alloy, which has a better wear resistance and shock resistance. What’s more, our wheel is the material of ball mill cast steel, has the advantage of low noise and good elasticity. The hardened surface of wheel makes the products operate smoothly. Our buffer is polyurethane. The work principle is that using the polyurethane material page number of microporous bubble structure to absorb energy buffer. It has the strengths of good pressure resistance, no noise and no spark in the process of buffering, good-explosion proof. Compared with traditional rubber buffer, the polyurethane one has the better compression and shock resistance. The driving mechanism includes motor and gearbox. It adopts geared motor with buffer, make sure it operates with soft-starting, begin and stop smoothly. Besides, the traveling speed can be customized by adopting different motors. It could be 3:1, or 4:1 ratio of high speed to low speed.

 Our double girder trolleys are equipped with high performance speed reducers. They are composed by a wheel with gear and a motor with motor axle. When the motor stop operating, the motor axle also stop running. Then the wheel with gear which nears motor axle, are interfered by motor axle to stop. The motor axle can well controls the double girder trolleys’ speed under the operation of motor and makes them stop smoothly in the process of working load jobs.

2.Rubber Buffer

42CrMo alloy forged wheels are wear resistance and stable. The different size of wheel accordin to wheel pressure.

4.Motor
 Geared reduction motor for crane drive, three in one motor is optional. 
About motor quality: for meeting different customers demand, we have two kinds of motor for double girder trolley. One is standard conical lifting motor which is manufactured by the most famous China motor factory “Nanjing Special Motor Factory”, the other one is the new safety motor “Softer Start motor” which is popular for most of customers nowadays.

5.Gear
Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel can protect the gear from corrosion, and prevent the load jobs from possible and potential danger.  

6.Gearbox
 The gears of gearbox are hardened and ground which are completely enclosed in a casing and immersed in oil.

7.Shaft
High accurate and abrasion shaft with the advantage of striking resistance can make our double girder trolley be used longer.

8.Brake
Electromagnetic brake with strong braking force uses bolt to control braking force directly, and ensures it strong stability and long service life.

9.Motor Axle
High-quality and great-material motor axle which stops the double girder trolley immediately, to prevent the load works from possible dangers.

10.Control Pendant
Control pendant is a special button box for operating, which controls all the movements of double girder trolley. It has the advantage of water-proof, dust-proof and can be used in any circumstance. Besides, it has different number of control buttons, which can completely and totally meet the all customers’ requirements.

11.Bolt
High-performance bolt is well connected wheels with structure, which can make wheels work better and operate longer.

12.Bearing

14.Trolley Limit Switch
Trolley limit switch adopts the cross type traveling limit switch. It has the function of reducing the speed to zero before buffer collides to the rail end at buffer zone.

15.Coupling
High-quality and great material steel coupling plays an vital role in the wheel, which makes the wheel operate better in the load assignments.

 1.Paint
 Primer and finishing paint, antirust, the top coat color can be changed according to customers’ requirements.
 2.Packing
 Double track power trolley and motor will be filled by foam and crated together to avoid broken when it delivery.

 3.Cautions

①Before using, must check the components such as wheel, motor, gearbox and other important parts to make sure they operate normally and safely.

②The double track power trolleys’ maintenance, repair and servicing are allowed only by the specialized person who have been trained.

③Our double track power trolleys are not suitable for the continuous using and mechanized drive. The substances which are explosive or aggressive also can not use double track power trolleys to load jobs.

④At least once a year, the double track power trolleys must be examed by a professional person to make sure the safety.

4. Working temperature
 Normally, they can work better at the ambient temperature from -20℃ to +40℃(though there are some possibilities to have other working temps on customer’s request).
