Forged Crane wheels are available in crane potation hardness up to 55 HRC including our standard heat treatments. What’s more, end truck wheel kits are also able to be deep hardened for heavy wear or load requirements. The wheel hot forming adopts die forging technology and the reasonable metal streamline distribution can lengthen the service life of the wheels, also make the wheels have good mechanical performance and reliable quality. End truck wheel kits are durable and hard enough to make our customers use the products more than ten years.
End truck wheel kits include geard wheels, plain wheels, shafts(axles), bearings, spacers and keepers, which are the important components of our products. Our End truck wheel kits use the HRB bearings can meet any requirements of walking mechanism. What’s more, all components of our End truck wheel kits are made of high quality steel which is S45C or SC49. Compact and stable structure, high assembly precision and the low running smooth noise are all the great advantages of our End truck wheel kits.On geared wheel, bearing is somewhat big and small at the beginning, after some time running it will be ok, it rotates in low speed and requirement is not so strict. On non-geared wheel (plain wheel), bearing does not rotate. Bearings should never wear in and be OK after a while. When we build into crane and geared wheel moves crane, non geared wheel will turn but inner race of bearing turns on shaft. So the hole for the bearings should be .003 to .005 interference which are smaller than the OD of the bearings. Otherwise, bearings insert in the wheels do not turn, too much interference will wear shaft out. For each end truck we use 3 short spacers and one long spacer (there would be three L and one M per end truck). Long spacers are used on non-geared wheel for difference in dimension E with geared wheel. Our wheels have different sizes from 150mm to 545mm which is suited in normal different size ASCE rail and square bars.
According to wheel rim, out end carriage kits can be divided into three types, non-flange end carriages, single flange end carriage wheels and double flange end carriage wheels. They are equipped with the same high-quality components, but they still have their own applications. The non-flange wheels don’t have flange to block the wheels which make the end carriages become easily derailed. Therefore, the usage of non-flange is limited. While, the single and double wheels are not easily derailed and more safe than non-flange ones. Besides, the single and double flange wheels have different rim sizes. The single ones’ rim height are usually from 20 to 25mm, and the double ones rim height are commonly from 25 to 30mm. 3.Package
End truck wheel kits will be filled by foam and crated together to avoid broken when it delivery. Besides, the main steel structure will be packed by plastic woven cloth, and other parts will be putted in high-quality plywood crate.

Maximum wheel load is 1.25 time of the rated wheel load, such as GW180PW180, rated load is 3200kg, maximum load is 3200*1.25=4000kg.
5.Cautions
1). Before using, must check the components such as wheel structures, shafts, bearings and other important parts to make sure they operate normally and safely.
2).The End truck wheel kits’ maintenance, repair and servicing are allowed only by the specialized person who have been trained.
3).Our End truck wheel kits are not suitable for the continuous using and mechanized drive. The substances which are explosive or aggressive also can not use end trucks to load jobs.
4).At least once a year, the End truck wheel kits must be examed by a professional person to make sure the safety.
