During running limit switch of Ultra low headroom electric chain hoist 3ton not work and hoist most of parts damage

RAMHOIST: Pls check if the electric circuit has been changed. It should be that the limit switch of the electric circuit is malfunctioning (failure).

During operating of your provided Hoist (Model : RM0302DL) yesterday we faced accident as the material that we were transporting not only fell but causes severe damages to our machine and including your hoist too (Arm Bend, Chain Broken and more ), after diagnosing it was found that the limit switch was unable to operate or it may have malfunction. Please check and confirm the main reason behind of yesterday accident. As this type of accident not only causes material damages but can cause human live loss too.

RAMHOIST: The real reason for the limit switch failure cannot be obtained from the photos. Pls open the limit switch box and see if the damaged limit switch can be disconnected. The probability of limit switch failure for the low headroom model is almost impossible.
