Motor Heating from Pakistan

Customer: Dear Yang,

Hope you are fine and in good health. Can you please tell us what should be the motor current for lifting speed of 3.3 m/min and 1.1 m/min for our electric chain hoist  Model RM0302 DL.

 RAMHOIST: 10A and 7A

Customer: Dear Yang,

We have installed new hoist 5 days ago and the motor was heating quite a lot then we checked it’s ampere , it was giving 13A on 3.3 m/min and 9A on 1.1m/min.Please explain.

RAMHOIST: dual speed motor is easily heat and it is normal
