Problems with Rolley 04 (capacity 6ton) - Wheel material is denting Not Support 6TON the rolley

We are having problems with Rolley04(capacity 6Ton). Its the second customer that complain that the wheels is denting and not supporting the weight.

Check pictures and video attached.

Our mechanic send me some questions about the rolley to help identify whats the problem.

How many bearings does each wheel have?

What material is used to make these wheels?

Load capacity each wheel or each rolley?

The customer use 4 trolleys were used and the total weight of the machine was 5 tons.

If we put that trolley 04 its for 6TON, he needs to keep ok for this weight, right? 4 trolley x 6TON = 24TON at the total.

So its ok for a 5TON machine weight and in this case the wheels didnt support the weight. So this trolley didnt support as the products say 6TON per trolley?

Is it possible send me the wheel for free ? I need to change in the rolley’s here that we have these problem.  

I need 24 wheels to change here for rolley that customer sent back to us with the wheels problems.

I would like to buy 100 pieces of this wheel. Is it possible to include on the invoice ?
