Platforms are equipped with balanced valve, automatic pressure maintaining etc., they can lift up and extend horizontally. To stride across certain obstacles for work,  they also can be turned around 360°, so they can realize multipoint work in wide area. Overweight sensors are inserted to ensure operator load safely in the construction. In control system, three joysticks can be used to work easily in the multiple compound actions. They also have self-lock doors to keep safe.

Designed  with anti-collision safety guardrail, operator’s hands can get protection in  case of collision and the safety can be ensured. Platform’s size is customized and it is not easy to fall.

Each arm is equipped with one cylinder. All cylinders are controlled by the handles on under control panel.

3.Hydraulic support legs

Four full-automatic hydraulic outriggers (high strength all steel base) which are independently operated are used to steady the whole machine at any kind of ground conditions. They are driven by hydraulic system and controlled by handle. When the road is uneven, four full-automatic legs or single leg can support the whole machine.

5.Hydraulic cylinder

Cylinder material is high-quality carbon steel, with a leather working strength, impact  resistance, not magnetic characteristics, improving the reliability and prolonging the work time.
Equipped with built-in explosion-proof valve and emergency decline system, hydraulic cylinder is more durable and stable. It can be used in indoor occasions as workshops, warehouse, hotel, etc.

6.Material

7.Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system is driven by duplex pump connected by a variable displacement piston pump and a metering pump. It gets power from direct driving of the motor.

The steering system adopts double oil cylinder and steering system to ensure the same direction. The rotary table is arranged by single board reinforcement with high hinge point. Rotation table consists of counterweight, fuel tank, hydraulic oil tank, battery container and control cabinet motor.

14.Boom Assembly

The boom assembly is comprised with folding boom, telescopic boom, and a crank boom. The folding boom is the structure of dual parallelogram. Two sets of boom are driven by pull rods and able to moving simultaneously through the luffing cylinder. Two telescopic booms have single cylinder each. The crank boom driven by the crank boom cylinders is the structure of parallelogram 70 high strength steels are adapted to the boom structure in order to ensure the safety of equipment construction. When the boom is extended the side boom adopts a sleeve type pipe or line design.

The electrical system has PLC control technique with the controller set on the platform.         Emergency down

With safety devices, they can ensure the safety and security, provide a safe  operation environment. They are very necessary and complete.

When power is unexpected fail emergency lowering devices ensure you to lower the platform slowly to ground. Hydraulic system is equipped with broken valve which will activate automatically to stop the flowing of hydraulic fluid avoiding any hydraulic fitting or piping is broken in order to prevent the platform unexpected movement and ensure personnel safety on the platform. Piston stroke limit in cylinder is the second lifting limits protection sequential to the electric limit switch.  
Anti-collision safety guardrails are used to protect user’s hands in case of collision with obstacles Controllers include control box and control panel, variable function speed control at towable lift platform and base controls for safe operation at the job-sites; Inertial sensor will brake towable boom lift automatically when trailer or van stop suddenly.

22.Boom lock

 The boom would be locked before towed by the car to avoid shaking. It will protect worker safety at top platform.

26.Travel switch

Each cylinder is equipped with one travel switch. It cuts off power when cylinder reaches the stated position.

27.Control console

That equipment has ground control console and platform control console; the former has a large screen display with self-diagnostic screen without connected to the computer, then customers can easily understand the calibration status of equipment and parameters which is convenient to debug and test.

28.Emergency decline valve

 With the emergency decline valve, it can go down when you meet an emergency or the power off. And the anti-dropping device prevents falling of platform.

29.Drive

 It can be diesel or storage battery depending on customers. The diesel engine has powerful power, and strong climbing capacity. Furthermore, we can also use storage battery to make the lift up and down.

Battery power is for lifting, lowering and driving. There are two motors equipped--one is driving motor and other is lifting motor. High capacity battery can provide enough power for more than 6 hours. Diesel power is also for lifting, lowering and driving, it is the source of the whole power.

           ②When work outdoors, workers should wear safety rope when the platform is higher than six meters.
           ③In the process of lifting platform, anyone is prohibited from climbing.
