           Electric Pallet Trucks are electric power pallet trucks with compact structure and frame, attractive  appearance, convenient operation and energy saving. Electric Pallet Trucks adopt AC driving motor and they are extremely appropriate for not only work individually, but also medium and high intensity work in many industries. Designed with electromagnetic and regenerative braking system, Electric Pallet Trucks makes it much simpler for staff to raise the load to move it around the warehouse by replacing the conventional pumping system with an electric motor. Excellent driving wheels, reliable braking system and emergency reversing device provide safety for professionals.

           Electric Pallet Trucks consist of electric power steering system, regenerative braking system (increase overall truck performance by decreasing battery charge intervals; the dead-man brake device makes operation safer), AD control system (eliminate the motor brushes and directional contactors, which makes the minimal maintenance requirements), step-less speed control system, controller self-diagnosis system, lifting system etc. One-piece gauge steel is formed for maximum strength forks. Robust lifting cylinders ensure stably lifting and falling even under unbalance loading.

           Electric Pallet Trucks are characterized by their reliability. High-quality sheet metal with Durable powder coat paint, to create high-strength body with great resistance to shock; with durable frame and integrate welded forks, the trucks gain high rigidity and long service life, also the controller provides reliable and easy operation. One of the main reasons of choosing to use electric power rather than manual systems is that electric pallet trucks are possible to include a much larger range of movement, however a manual system is generally limited by the convenience that it offers – it takes a lot of time to raise the load very  high, and that is not a process that staff will undertake. With an electric pallet jack, it is possible to raise the load much more quickly. They can also avoid operator strain caused by pulling or pushing loads when they use manual hand pallet jacks.

           Providing excellent steering due to their low center of gravity and low turning radius, small electric pallet trucks feature quick response controls, world class hydraulics and are designed for performance, efficiency and increased productivity. In addition, it is also much more transparent to get heavy loads onto a truck or trailer with the jack than using a forklift. The single button control system used by the electric pallet jack means that it is a much more straightforward system than conventional jacks, so users will only need a very short training session before they are confident to use the truck.

1.Control handles

Ergonomic control handles are multifunctional ones which are designed for simultaneous operation of many functions with one hand, both sides can easily operate. Its slow switch ensures the safety of small space operation. Battery level gauge and key-operated On/Off control are designed for safety and security. Control the lift and lower easily via push buttons on handles. Slow switch are used to ensure the safety when you in small spaces. The imported waterproof micro-switches are applied in the cold, damp, dusy and other harsh environments.

The machine can work about 8 hours after one full charge. There are two types of batteries. One kind of the batteries are open designed, they are easy to replacement and convenient to add distilled water or electrolyte of the batteries. For example, when the battery is discharged, just lift it out and replace it with additional battery back. Other kind of batteries is sealed  batteries which are free of maintenance and safe operation. They are environmental protection and safe.

Ergonomic emergency buttons are more durable and reliable than before. They can be used to immediately stop the vehicle and cut down all  the power to ensure safety of operators. They are greatly improved the security.
Besides, there are some other emergency devices: emergency brake switch, emergency reversing switch, emergency power-off disconnect etc. all used to improve operating safety.
When you press the reverse button, the truck will travel in reverse.

6. Wheels | Rollers





Double balance wheels offers high through rating, additional grip and quiet running. Smooth rolling poly-on-steel steer and roll wheels provide easy operation without hurting the ground carrying capacity. All the PU wheels and rollers are mute, wear, corrosion-resistant. Entry rollers could ensure easy pallet entry, and prevent possible damages.

7.Pneumatic Springs



Pneumatic springs are equipped in the handle. When you release the handle, the pneumatic spring can be automatically slow reset.

Hydraulic pumps are still used in semi-electric pallet trucks to provide the power for lifting. They are more integrate and made of high quality seals.
