1.Structure

2.Shaft fixing pins

3.Platform

4.Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system provides for full float at all positions. With handle pump, screw the return valve clockwise. Move the handle stick, to lift the ramp slowly. When the return valve is screwed counterclockwise, the hydraulic oil will go back, and the ramp will fall down on its own weight. The hydraulic cylinder adopts the foreign advanced full-module-type hydraulic station, which has the operation reliability and long lifespan. The pressure transmitter, which is inserted in the hydraulic system, monitors the pressure. Upon it detects any unexpected pressure change which generated by truck sliding or something else during loading & unloading the pressure transmitter will activate the emergency stop valve immediately. Hydraulic pump together with oil tank saves the place and easy for maintenance.
5.Lip
Lips are very important parts between truck and dock leveler connect part. They are self-retracting assembly or hydraulic lip cylinders which are standard on all models for fully hydraulic operation. Positive lip extension and retraction with true regenerative hydraulic control are equipped. Lips are more rugged and durable.
6.Hydraulic velocity fuse
Hydraulic velocity fuses are used to limit the loaded ramp’s free fall to within 3“(76mm). Velocity fuse hydraulic fail safe stops platform with 1-3-inch in free fall situation.
7.Proximity sensors
Non-mechanical electronic proximity sensors control all functions. No solenoid valves, chain & cable-operated valves and limit switches are involved.
8.Safety devices
①Security block: In case of accidental moving of the truck, the Hydraulic stationary dock levelers will be blocked with a short stroke (according to the applied weight).

9.Dock leveler and door protection interlock
Dock leveler and door protection interlock is fitted to the hydraulic stationary dock levelers, which means the dock leveler can only be operated when the door is opened. 11.Solenoid valve

12.Explosion - proof valves
Explosion - proof valves are able to instantly block the hydraulic oil circuit, when the hydraulic tubing bursts. They can also instantly lock countertops, so as to the risk of car, goods fall is not easy to be caused; quickly block the oil, so it is not easy to cause more leakage of hydraulic oil which would cause damage to the platform pit and very hard to clean.
13.Maintenance stand

14.Self-cleaning hinge

Manual Levelers use a pull chain and are spring loaded. When the chain is pulled it pops-up, the platform is easily walked down to allow forklifts or pallet jacks to drive onto the truck.
