Mobile telescopic cylinder platforms are also divided into single mast, double mast, three mast, four mast, six mast, and multi-mast customized models and very customerization. 3.Control box

Equipped with battery power indicator and control buttons, gradienter on the button guarantees the lift working safe.
Grandienter on the button guarantees the lift working on the flat level every time.
With Up Down button, operator can press down the button when platform arrives the working height and loosen the button to stop lifting.
If power failure, operator can rotate the valve to lower the platform to the ground position.
4.Pressure gage
When the mobile telescopic cylinder platform rises to the highest position, the system pressure will reach a rated operating pressure.
5.Antiskid deck platform
It is adapted to the floor of the platform. After the machine stops, as the one-way valve maintains pressure, the platform will stay at the position of maximum height. The platform can stop at any position below the maximum height according to onsite operating height supply oil.
6.Anti-wear wheel design
The anti-wear polyester wheel has excellent material properties and high wear resistance. It can also offer long service life. Solid material makes the lift more balanced and safer.
7.Emergency stop
When the mobile telescopic cylinder platforms working, pressing the button, the power supply will be cut, the lifter stopworks.
8.Solenoid valve
Relief valve unloads and oil pressure remains a constant operating pressure. As the platform goes down, its dead weight presses the oil into oil tank through magnetic exchange valve. When connecting magnetic exchange valve, the telescopic cylinder will goes down joint by joint, or the magnetic exchange valve can be disconnected at any position in the descending process, then the platform will stop going down. When the telescopic is failure, the machine can down by it.
9.Limiting switch
It is used to limit the load and height, electric limit switch shall cut off power when up limit is reached to avoid the emergency and ensure safe.

Operation
1. The system pressure will operate pressure when the mobile telescopic cylinder platform starts to rise up to highest position.
2. Below the maximum, the platform can stop at any position according to onsite operating height supply oil, and after then, the oil will flow into cylinder through one-way valve and electromagnetic channel.
3. The system pressure will reach a rated operating pressure when the platform rises to the highest position.
4. At that moment, pressure remains a constant operating pressure and relief valve unloads oil. The platform will stay at the position of maximum height after the as the one-way valve maintains pressure.
5. According to onsite operating height the platform can stop at any position below the maximum height. When the platform goes down, its dead weight presses the oil into oil tank through magnetic exchange valve.
6. When connecting magnetic exchange valve, the magnetic exchange valve can be disconnected at any position and the telescopic cylinder will goes down joint by joint, then the platform will stop going down during the descending process.
B. Double / Dual ladder anti-rotating type telescopic cylinder hydraulic platform lift / The double-ladder rotation-prevention cylinder type hydraulic lift
