           Mobile Telescopic Cylinder Platforms are operated by the telescopic cylinders. With compact structure they can enter general standard size door or corridors as well as electrical lift of buildings when folded. Mobile telescopic cylinder platforms have stable ascending and descending with best performance and operation and tightly connected chains and hydraulic oil-structure. Thanks to the operation system on the lift platform and emergency stop button which is on the base  plate, these kinds of lift are very safe and reliable. Besides, mobile telescopic cylinder platforms are firm and durable due to their high grade material and powerful and constant drive.

           Mobile telescopic cylinder platforms are also divided into single mast, double mast, three mast, four mast, six mast, and multi-mast customized models and very customerization. This kind of platform has 3 types, the first is equipped with single ladder called single ladder anti-rotating hydraulic cylinder lift work platform or Hydraulic single column cylinder only one person lift, the second kind has double ladders on both sides raised up at the 2 speed which is called double/dual ladder anti-rotating type telescopic cylinder hydraulic platform lift or the  double-ladder rotation-prevention cylinder type hydraulic lift and the third kind is tilt type hydraulic telescopic cylinder lift platform. Because the equipment makes no noise and no emission when working, so it can be used both indoors and outdoors which is environment-friendly and very reliable.

           Single ladder anti-rotation hydraulic cylinder lift platforms have only one side ladders offered for operators to work on, which are less flexible than double ladder hydraulic cylinder lift platforms with two ladders on two sides. While both of them can be moved easily and can be dissembled or folded into parts to transport. For the double ladder type lift platforms, two people allowable and they are usually used for aerial work cause their high height. For tilt back platforms, they are easy for storage and will not occupy for much space, more importantly, they have superior lifting strength reaching more higher.

           Generally the mobile telescopic cylinder platforms are designed and manufactured according to the needs of  users, including the hydraulic lifting with special size and different powers. They have safety protection devices and imported pumps which increase their service and life and safly assurance. Besides, they equipped with safety precautions including explsion-proof valves protecting hydraulic pipe and anti-hydraulic pipe rupture, spillover valve to prevent high pressure when the machine moves up and adjust the pressure. And the emergency decline valve enable they can go down when you meet an emergency.

2.Inner control system

It aims to control all of the function of this lift equipment. They are embraced by hard shell and strong sealing so that it is very safe.
Designed with integrated electrical box and electric integrated circuit board, it can provide safety, perfect performance and guarantee an easy operation.

3.Control box

This design realized the remote control on the ground, which avoiding the emergency and more safe and reliable. Ground/platform control modes are available of rendering possibility of one operator and controlling the platform up and down in two ways.

       Equipped with battery power indicator and control buttons, gradienter on the button guarantees the lift working safe.

       Grandienter on the button guarantees the lift working on the flat level every time.

        With Up Down button, operator can press down the button when platform arrives the working height and loosen the button to stop lifting.

         If power failure, operator can rotate the valve to lower the platform to the ground position.

4.Pressure gage

When the mobile telescopic cylinder platform rises to the highest position, the system pressure will reach a rated operating pressure.

5.Antiskid deck platform

It is adapted to the floor of the platform.  After the machine stops, as the one-way valve maintains pressure, the platform will stay at the position of maximum height. The platform can stop at any position below the maximum height according to onsite operating height supply oil.

6.Anti-wear wheel design

The anti-wear polyester wheel has excellent material properties and high wear resistance. It can also offer long service life. Solid material makes the lift more balanced and safer. 

7.Emergency stop

When the mobile telescopic cylinder platforms working, pressing the button, the power supply will be cut, the lifter stopworks.

8.Solenoid valve

Relief valve unloads and oil pressure remains a constant operating pressure. As the platform goes down, its dead weight presses the oil into oil tank through magnetic exchange valve. When connecting magnetic exchange valve, the telescopic cylinder will goes down joint by joint, or the magnetic exchange valve can be disconnected at any position in the descending process, then the platform will stop going down. When the telescopic is failure, the machine can down by it.

9.Limiting switch

It is used to limit the load and height, electric limit switch shall cut off power when up limit is reached to avoid the emergency and ensure safe.

12.High-quality aluminum alloy support legs

    A. Single Ladder anti-rotating hydraulic cylinder lift work platform

Caution

          1. People who are nonprofessional are forbidden to disassemble electrical appliances in order to avoid electric shock or mistake. 

          2. In order to prevent a sudden drop in the lift table and avoid injuries, It is necessary to hang and support the lifting platform.

          3. Wheel, cylinder pin shaft and bearings, arm frame hinge are not wear.

          4. All parts are filled with lubricating oil; prolong the service life of the bearing.

          5.What needs to pay attention is that lift whole rises, in this position, no hydraulic surface should be higher than the 40-50 mm.

Operation

          1. The system pressure will operate pressure when the mobile telescopic cylinder platform starts to rise up to highest position.

          2. Below the maximum, the platform can stop at any position according to onsite operating height supply oil, and after then, the oil will flow into cylinder through one-way valve and electromagnetic channel.

          3. The system pressure will reach a rated operating pressure when the platform rises to the highest position.

          4. At that moment, pressure remains a constant operating pressure and relief valve unloads oil. The platform will stay at the position of maximum height after the as the one-way valve maintains pressure.

          5. According to onsite operating height the platform can stop at any position below the maximum height. When the platform goes down, its dead weight presses the oil into oil tank through magnetic exchange valve.

          6. When connecting magnetic exchange valve, the magnetic exchange valve can be disconnected at any position and the telescopic cylinder will goes down joint by joint, then the platform will stop going down during the descending process.

    B. Double / Dual ladder anti-rotating type telescopic cylinder hydraulic platform lift / The double-ladder rotation-prevention cylinder type hydraulic lift

      Double-ladder rotation-prevention sleeve-cylinder type hydraulic lifts are the ideal equipment of the single-person high altitude working with the height from 16 meters to 32 meters. They are usually applied in power circuit, lighting electrical appliance, overhead pipe and other work high above the ground.
       These lifts have strong working stability and their load elevating height is superior to single-mast type. They can be able to enter common gateway after being retracted. 4. Two hydraulic pump station
