           When air inlet stops supplying air or air control actuator, vacuum tube lifters can lock itself and maintain its state before air cutting. This means that the rocker arm will not fall suddenly, and the fixture will not automatically release. Even if the pressure drops from standard  pressure 0.6MPa to 0 MPa, the device can work.The working conditions can also  be set according to the practicability of each device. For example, the clamp will not be loosened even before the error button is pressed. More importantly, by setting the limited space, swinging arms and clamps can only move in a limit, avoiding collision with objects and people.

           Vacuum tube lifters are usually suspended below the cantilever crane or sliding rail suspension system, because the foam holder can be used for smaller debris without replacing or adjusting the liner. And the electric leakage protection system canprevent the hurt caused by the electric leakage of vacuum system, and overall the  insulation is good. Besides, air tube durable in use is good no matter when leaving the factory, after the force testing or during the factory installation test, ensuring that each set of equipment are security and qualified. Upon completion of the installation, lifters will be clearly marked on the equipment and steel structure with column.

1.Vacuum blower
           Model GS3.0, power supply 380V, 50Hz, 3.0KW, maximum vacuum flow 135cbm/h, maximum vacuum pressure -55kpa.
           Due to the outstanding advantages of isothermal compression, the vacuum blower is especially suitable for suction or pressure delivery of flammable and explosive gas, and because of the use of water seal, so it can avoid and reduce the harm when pumping and pressing poisonous and harmful gas. The water ring vacuum blower with solid powder material is characterized by reliable operation, simple structure, easy operation and low noise. Because water is used as a medium, even if there is a small amount of dust in the air, it is mixed with water after entering the pump, often discharged with water from the vent hole, and  the wear of the pump is small. In addition, the outstanding feature is its working characteristic curve and suction technology requirements are relatively close, to ensure the smooth operation of suction.

5.Vacuum filter
         Vacuum filters are used to filter dust and other particles in the spreader system to protect the vacuum pump and other components running properly. They are directly fixed on the vacuum generator, connecting with the pipe, designed for effective protection of vacuum blower, using paper filter core, easy to maintain and replace.

6.Vacuum regulator
         A vacuum regulator mounted on the vacuum blower can protect the blower in case overheat and the preset vacuum pressure is -45kpa. A vacuum regulator with a reverse spring diaphragm is designed to regulate the gas from a pressure state to a constant vacuum state through a regulating intake valve. This will help to transport the gas safely to the feeding point. If chlorine gas is exhausted or when the water ejector is still in normal operation, the chlorine cylinder valve unexpectedly closes and produces an excessive vacuum, but the vacuum regulator has a vacuum sealed O type ring that can stop the flow of the gas in the case of the above conditions. The vacuum regulator is equipped with a barometer providing on-site display of gas supply status.

7.Two-button control unit
         The function of switch boxes is to control the start and stop of vacuum pumps or vacuum fans.

         Lifting tubes in compressible elongation are main lifting device, whose maximum compression ratio is 1: 3 and the maximum lifting speed is 50M/min.

13.No pole rotating head
         The model is SJ230, integrated with plane ball bearing and one-way valve, is able to turned 360 degree without polar rotation, integrated hoist and trachea connection. One way valve can play a role in the power break, so that the  products suspended in the air are slowly placed on the ground to ensure the  safety of the products and the body.

14.Ball bearing
         Ball bearings are one of the rolling bearings. The ball, which can bear large loads, also known as ball bearings is loaded between the inner steel rim and the outer  steel ring. Ball bearings integrated upper rotation jointer with single way valve to prevent the goods falling down in case of power lost. Ball bearings are usually used in low load mechanical transmission equipment. Because the bearing area of ball bearing is small, it is very easy to have serious mechanical damage in high speed operation, so the needle roller bearing is often adopted to increase the bearing surface in the mechanical transmission of  heavy load, so as to improve the mechanical transmission efficiency and reduce the mechanical damage.

①ESM series vacuum tube lifter
         ESM vacuum tube lifters are light and compact and easy to operate because of the single finger control. They are specialized for the ergonomic design by ‘trigger-like’ controller and can active quickly, which suited for carton box, barrels or drums, concrete or slab sections and so on. Besides, they work for truck loading or unloading, stacking, unloading from assembly line and machine feeding. However, when the loads exceed 35 kilograms or are higher than 1700 millimeters, the up and down levered controller or rotating controller is recommended.

②ESL-Bag vacuum tube lifter
           ESL-Bag Vacuum Tube Lifters have different multiply control lever options, including up and down levered controllers, rotating controllers and trigger-like  controllers, which are available for option based on customer preference or working request. ESL-Bag Vacuum Tube Lifters work for truck loading or unloading, stacking, unloading from assembly line and machine feeding. Morever, full filled or half filled bags made from  plastic, paper, fiber woven are appreciated.

③Vacuum tube lifter for carton box

④Balanced auto-drive vacuum tube lifter
           The auto drive vacuum lifter is designed to deal with the load between different working positions in the room. The driving unit is balanced with the counterweight and is used in combination with the folding double arm crane. The vacuum tube lifter can use various suction pads for paper bags and cartons or  other material treatment. The maximum load capacity is 65 kilograms, and the maximum lifting height is 1700 millimeters. The machine is driven by DC 24V  battery and is very suitable for the use of warehouse sorting or occupant position, even outdoor application. And joint brakes can ensure that the crane is always in a stable state when the crane moves on the floor, and the drive control roll is driven by speed in a simple way.

⑥Jib crane
           The maximum rail length of Jib crane is 6 meters and the maximum loading is aluminum rail 150 kilograms. However, the column height depends on the loads weight and lifting height and the net height relies on the required lifting height.

⑦Briage senspension
           The maximum load of the briage senspension is 250 kilograms and the maximum span is 6 meters in width, and the total height is 4500 millimeters in maximum.

2.After-sale service
           We promised to repair the vacuum tube lifter regardless of if it was caused by defect or misuse only if you have a problem in the first 6 months of ownership. But the 6 months repair does not cover damage caused to the products.
           3.Warranty
           There is usually 12-month-warranty. Most of  parts can be sold separately and we can provide some free part even if these parts are broken in expired warranty period.
