1. Spray
           The plate finish is electrophoretic painting which protects from moisture. The DE chain hoists body cover painting is done with special advanced technology for long lasting color and high durability. The spray is even and the appearance is elegant and beautiful. Furthermore, they are corrosion-resistant which can protect the inner components effectively.

2.  Shell
           The shell of DE Chain blocks is hard and sturdy which is not easy to break and because the shell is hardened that they have compact structure. The shell are painted with powder or chrome plated which can prevent the whole bofy from rust and moisture. Because they adopt the alloy steel even chrome plated, they are rust-proof so that they can prolong the lifespan.

3.  Overload device
           DE chain blocks are equipped with overload device which is standard protecting from excessive overloads. It is and optional feature available based on customer needs.

4.  Pawl
           The lock gear side have bush which can keep well-oiled with hub.

5. Hooks
         The drop forged hooks, can swivel fully which have great flexibility. Hooks use embedded design to ensuring better safety. Besides, the thickness of safety latch is much heavy duty compared to other brands in market. The heat treated hooks have high strength and tenacity. Even the overload appears, they won’t break or deform. Bigger inner diameter hook, two hooks are interchangeable, and they can be hung anywhere freely. The material of hooks is 35crmo. Suspension and load hooks are made of alloy steel, 35CrMo treated heat and fitted with heavy duty latches, fitting groove and inspection points.

6.  Latch
           Hook with safety latch securely can rotate freely 360degrees although the overload appear, the safety latch will prevent loads from failing off. Besides, the safety lever is produced with forging technology for security.

7.  Gears
           The gears material uses high quality 20crmnTi, instead #45 good at working load, which is good at working load and ensures the toughness and better strength. DE chain blocks adopt innovated symmetrical arrayed high speed synchronous gears, and are made from international standard gear steel. Compared with common gears, they are more wearable and steadier, and more laborsaving. The sprocket and gearss provide smoother and more efficient operations.

          The end anchor is designed to touch the hoist plate so that it can withstand more force and be stronger.

           Galvanized lifitng chains can gurantee against rust and corrosion featuring a long time. The G80 chains are thicken which is beautiful and practical, comply with EN818,  safety factor 4, load chain marked with T8 marks as per EN818-7

Cautions
           1.  Overload use is strictly prohibited.                                                           
           2.  Power operation other than manpower is strictly prohibited.
           3.  Before using, make sure that the parts are in good condition, the transmission part and lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal.
           4.  Check whether the upper and lower hooks are fastened before lifting. Improper operation such as heavy object hanging on the tip is strictly prohibited. The lifting chain should be hung vertically. There should be no wrong twisted link. The lower hook rack of double chain cannot be reversed.
           5.  The operator should stand on the same plane with the hand sprocket and pull the hand chain, so that the hand sprocket rotates clockwise, and the weight can be lifted; Drag the chain in reverse and drop slowly at noon.
 Maintenance
           1.  After use, the chain blocks should be cleaned and coated with antirust oil and stored in a dry place.
           2.  Maintenance and overhaul should be carried out by those who are familiar with the gourd mechanism to prevent disassembly and assembly at will if they do not understand the performance principle of the machine.
           3.  After cleaning and maintenance, DE chain blocks shall undergo no-load test to confirm normal operation and reliable braking before delivery.
           4.  The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. The brake part should be checked frequently to prevent the brake failure and the phenomenon of falling of the intermediate object
