          SK chain blocks are widely used manual hoisting machinery which is easy to use and carry, with small tension and light weight, adopt high  strength material experienced heat treatment.            Working principle of SK chain blocks through tracer chain and chain wheel of hand chain, the ratchet wheel of friction plate and brake stand (pressed into one body) will rotate together, and the five-tooth long shaft turns the sheet gear, the four-tooth short shaft and the spline hole gears. Thus, the lifting chain wheel installed on the spline hole gear can drive the lifting chain and lift the weight steadily, which provide excellent operation.

The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. Brake parts should be checked frequently to prevent brake failure and the occurrence of falling objects. Thanks to the brake system, the goods safety can be ensured when sudden emergency occurs. When installing the brake device, the SK chain blocks should be paid attention to the good meshing between the ratchet gear slot and the pawl's claws. The spring should control the ratchet flexibly and reliably.  After operators installing the hand chain wheel, the hand chain wheel should be rotated clockwise.

1. Spray
         The plate finish is electrophoretic painting which protects from moisture. The SK chain blocks' body cover painting is done with special technology for long lasting color. Thanks to the advanced spray processing technology, inside and outside are painted, it will be like a new one however you use after a long  time.

2. End anchor
         Each anchor is designed to touch the chain blocks' plate so that it can withstand more force and be stronger.

3. Hooks
         The drop forged hooks can swiverly fully. Hook adopts embedded design into ensuring better safety. Thickness of safety latch is much more heavy duty compared to other brands in markets. 4. Chains

           Sk chain blocks adopt the deep groove ball bearing of load chain sprocket, pulling is smaller.
