VB chain blocks have experienced the forging and heat treatment, and they have surprised capacity they are not easily to break when lifting heavy loads and they have the low failure times/rate.            VB chain blocks equip hit-resistance gear box and the brake cover of the restriction parts of special nuts. In order to protect the bolt, it makes the product’s maintenance achieve the great improvement. 1. Bolts

6.  Brakes

8. Chain

9.  Lock
         The lock are widen both sides to prevent it trapped between the wallboards.

10.  Overload device
         They adopt good casting and special painting hand wheel, with driving shaft to rotate together, so driving disk gear, pinion shaft, spline gear and chain sprocket, if pulling hand chain, can control rust and easy operation and Labor saving.

Packaging details
           The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated. If container is too tigher, we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers' special request.

Cautions
           The folllowing examples are forbidden such as overload, leaning lifting, over limit height,

           ①Pay attention to clear the chain blocks and cover it with oil after using it and keep it in dry place to prevent the blocks from moist and rust.
           ②Make maintenance and repairing should be played by professional workers. The unprofessional operators are forbidden to disassemble them.
           ③When VB chain blocks have experienced the clearing an maintenance, they should be tested carefully and ensure the normal operating. When the brake system is safe to use, operators can use it.
           ④The cover of brake should be in clear situation and be inspected frequently in case of the failure of brake to the troubles.
