VK Lever Hoists feature compact design and robust, deep drawn and stamped steel construction. High quality materials ensure light weight without infringing reliability. VK Lever Hoists are used widely especially in limited places and outdoor aloft work, which can be operated from different angles and work in vertical and horizontal conditions. Thanks to the compact design and low headroom, they make the VK lever hoists simple to install even in confined areas.

           Equipped with asbestos free brake, VK Lever Hoists are able to hold load at any desired height. They are ideal tools to install, carry, operate, repair, hoisting and especially show their excellent performance at any angles and in confined areas. When there is no electric power supply, they can deal with outdoors tasks perfectly. Equipped with premium brake system, VK lever hoists provide safe and excellent operation, low maintenance and extremely quiet. The hardened load chain can be pulled freely and easily in 360 degree to lift the load and to tension the alloy steel chain and provide long service life. The chains are made of special alloy steel that is exclusively bearable. For safety reason load chain cannot be done when the hoist is under load.

            The whole structure of VK lever hoists are specially designed and have high safety factor and beautiful appearance, so that they promote smooth operation and extend the work life of the hoist. Strictly and small mounting size, low own weight and small lever force are designed for low headroom applications and ensure excellent performance of each component. Top & bottom hooks are fitted with safety latches as standard. Drop forged steel suspension & load hooks are heat-treated and fracture resistant. In case of dangerous overloading or abuse, hooks do not fracture but will slowly yield. The alloy steel hook-industrial rated hooks can rotate 360 degrees steadily for easy rigging.

           The great advantage of VK lever blocks is high working efficiency, fast lifting and light hand pull. With optimal gear ratio, rubber handle is comfortable to use with little effort. Automatic painting and strict surface finishing with heat treatment material, corrosion-resistant and water-proof cover offer durability and reliability in use. Patented fused brake design-proven durability and dual pawl brake system-double pawl design increase safety in use. Both top & bottom hooks are fitted with safety latches as standard.          VL lever hoists are widely applied in Single Grinder Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Bridge Cranes, Double Beam Cranes, Lifting Platforms, Tower Cranes and small Cranes. VL lever hoists are capable of being applied in transportation, shipbuilding, tightening fitting of wires, transports, construction sites, electric power, mining, pulling  mechanical parts, post, and telecommunications and other sectors of the equipment installation, assembling, bulk strapping and fastening, lifting, and welding.

1. Stee l formed cases
           With ideally shaped and designed hydraulic drew cases, gear and load chain wheel can be protected well. Steel formed cases are able to cope with emergency or external shocks.

2. Drop forged steel suspension & load hooks
           With embedded design, drop forged steel suspension & load hooks are heat-treated and fracture resistant and ensure superior safety, durability and quality. In case of dangerous overloading or abuse, upper & lower hooks do not fracture but will slowly yield. Hooks will bend but not break immediately once overload.
           The hooks also have three stretch indicators. However if by any chance the hook is overloaded there is no fear of it breaking, it will simply gradually start straightening out, avoiding any load drop or personal injury. One thing that to pay attention is that operators must make sure that objects must hang on the central of the hook and the edge of the hook shall not be hung in.

3. Latch
           Latch guarantees that the loads are not easy to fall and make the loads safe when operating or working. Precision cast steel latch in bottom hook with embedded design can prevent the bottom hook off effectively. Latch is also called insurance card and is fully compliment.

4.  Self-locked screw
           Designed with high-standard structure, strong self-locked screw guarantees operator’s safety when lifting or working. Self-locking lever controls the pulling direction with neutral position for free spooling.

5. Chain guard
           With chain guard, operator can use VK Lever Hoist without danger or emergency.
6.  Heavy-duty chain
           With Grade80 alloy chain which specially calibrates for manual hoists and conforms to ISO standard, VK Lever Hoists provide safety, reliability and durability during working. The hardened load chain can be pulled freely and easily in 360 degree to lift the load and to tension the alloy steel chain and provide long service life. The chains are made of special alloy steel that is exclusively bearable. For safety reason load chain cannot be done when the hoist is under load.

7. Load chain guide
           Load chain guide is stable and safe and is designed to ensure the load chain proper fitting the load sheave during operation. Load chain guide is integrated into the housing because it is able to eliminate fouling and jamming of the chain on the load sheave. Besides, the labor-saving load chain guide can be operated from various angles, helps the operator stay out of the danger area and offers smooth operation. When the chains are in a distorted, reversed and entangled, they are not permitted to use.

8. Chain stopper
           When lowering the load, chain stopper is used to prevent over travelling and guarantee operator’s safety.

9. Hand wheel
           With double pawl braking system, reinforcing handle and thicken steel plate. The compact design protects the products from the pollution. Hand wheel allows an efficient chain length adjustment by switching the direction switch to free mold and rotating the hand wheel. Operators can enjoy more comfortable operation because of three-dimensional design with small dots.

10.  Bearings
           VK lever hoists are equipped with roller bearing which is able to avoid abrasion. Bearings constrain relative motion to only the desired motion, and reduce friction between moving parts. They provide free linear movement of the moving part and free rotation around a fixed axis. With bearings, mechanical  efficiency get guaranteed during work.

11. Thick cover
           Thick cover with convex rib process can protect the inside parts effectively and increase the safety factor in 2 times. The gear is made of the low alloy steel precision machining, and after carburizing heat treatment process, etc. then do the final surface treatment.
           The plate finish is electrophoretic plating which protects from moisture. Guide roller use#45 steel material with heat treatment for better hardness and smooth chain flow. With high quality alloy, steel lifting chain, accurate transmission, high strength, good anti-collision protect structure, compact internal structure, no chain stuck.

12. Up and down wrench
           Wrench is equipped with a gear wrench at the middle of the gap.

13.  Rubber handle
           Handle with anti-slip function is high efficiently light weight, safe and durable. Handle with rubber material Easy-to-operate handle is ergonomically designed, this grip is easy to hold and operate. With small size, handle is comfortable for user to grip and to keep solid. With optimal gear ratio, rubber handle is comfortable to use with little effort.

14. Gears
           The gear is made of alloy steel through precision machining and heat  treatment process. With gear, VK Lever Hoists can lift and release tension easily.

15.  Clutch
           The secondary gearing running spring clutch device.

16. Brake
           Brake mechanism will instantly stop the slipping when hoists slip  by accident. With dual-pawl mechanism, a damaged pawl can  be backed up by another to work safely and guarantee the function of hoists. Once the lifting or releasing stops, the brake will work immediately.
17. Multi-point Supporting Structure and Overload Protection Device
           The product surface is bright and clean and the product feature is very excellent either in strength or anti-rust.
18. Chain guard
           Chain guard provides safety and convenience during working and is easy to operate.

19. Bushing
           Made through heat treatment and polish procedure, bushing is able to increase the work efficiency and save operation force and reduce friction during lifting or loading.

           Fuselage has reasonable structure, stable operation and beautiful appearance. The whole body of fuselage has a bearing or the rotating gear and shaft sleeve.
