           The shell of VN Chain blocks is made of alloy steel and beautiful appearance. The  groove has been calculated precisely, which is sturdy, wearable and has corrosion-resistant, and they can protect the inner components safety. Besides, a fully enclosed stamped steel housing allows out-door use.

3. Chains
           Adopting high strong chain and high precision welding technology, meeting ISO3077-1984 international standard; fit for gusty overload work condition,they bring your hands a better feeling. Selection of lifting chains are paticular, test load makes durable and secure. High strength national standard G80 chain is because of quenching and heat  treatment, lower wear, corrosion prevention. All chains have been blackened, thus they can prevent chains from dust and expand the lifespan of chains. And the hand chain is zinc plated.

Cautions
           ①It is strictly prohibited to use over - load by oblique pull and operating with power other than manpower is forbidden.
           ②Before use, make sure the parts are in good condition, the transmission part and lifting chain are well lubricated and idling condition is normal.
           ③Before hoisting, check whether the upper and lower hooks are hung firmly, lifting chains should be suspended vertically, no wrong twist chain rings, and the lower hook frame of double chains should not be turned over.
           ④The operator should stand on the same platform as the sprocket and pull the hand chain so that the hand wheel can rotate clockwise to make the weight rise. Drag the chain backward and the weight will drop down slowly.
           ⑤When lifting heavy objects, it is forbidden to do any work or walk under heavy objects to avoid serious accidents.
           ⑥During the lifting process, no matter the weight goes up or down, when pulling the hand chain, the force should be even and gentle, not too hard, so as to avoid the hand chain jumping or clamping.
           ⑦If the operator finds that the hand tension is greater than the normal tension, it should stop using immediately. Prevent damage to the internal structure, in case of falling objects accident.
           ⑧After the weight has landed safely and firmly, pull the chain block off the hook with your hand.
           ⑨ After use, gently take it and put it in a dry and ventilated place.
