1.Gas source treatment triad
The air source treatment includes three parts: the air pressure reducing valve, the filter and the oil mist device. The pressure reducing valve can stabilize the gas source, keep the gas source at a constant state and reduce the damage to the valves or actuators due to sudden changes in the gas pressure. The filter is used for cleaning the gas source, which can filter the moisture in the compressed air and avoid moisture entering the device with the gas. The oil mist can lubricate the moving parts of the product and lubricate the parts which are not convenient to add lubricants, thus greatly prolonging the service life of the products.
2.Lubrication free
Aluminum series air chain hoists are suitable for applications requiring clean environment. The hoist can be completely dry without lubrication in the exhaust, and is usually used in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. (Note: Hoist can also operate with oil to extend blade life.)
3.After-sale service
We promised to repair the issue regardless of if it was caused by defect or misuse only if you have a problem in the first 6 months of ownership. But the 6 months repair does not cover damage caused to the air chain hoists.
