The most important parts of the DHK electric chain hoists are brake system and chain. Besides, they are driven by the disk type braking motor and decelerated by the reducer. 2. Motor
          With automatic brake system and thermal protection  function. The thermal protection terminal will be automatically disconnected to protect the motor when the motor becomes overheated. DC brake system without asbestos, consumption of electricity reduced efficiently.

3. Side Magnetic Braking Device
         The magnetic force generator is the latest design which is featured for generating magnetic force. It allows instant brake as soon as the electric power is cut off. Thus the braking safety while loading is guaranteed.

4. Limit Switch
         The limit switch device is installed where the weight is lifted on and off to make the motor to stop automatically so as to prohibit the chains from exceeding for safety, in other words, switching off power automatically to prevent load chain from running out, which is fitted at both top and bottom ends.

5. Chain
         The chain shall adopt the imported FEC G80 ultra heat-treatable aluminum alloy chain and can be safely used in poor environments such as rain sea water and chemicals.

6. Chain Bag 
          Chain bag is light, attractive and compact. High strength plastic container has outstanding durability, which can fully loads the chain. Besides, it makes the lubricating the chain become more easy and convenient.

7. Hook
         It is hot forging with perfect strength, both the top and bottom hook made of high tensile alloy steel with special treatment  that is hard to break and will deform gradually under a sudden extra-load. The operation safety of the lower hook is ensured by its 360 degrees rotation and safety tongue piece (safety swivel hook latches as standard).

8. Gear
         Made of alloy steel by carburizing quenching treatment, thus transmission with low noise and high efficiency is guaranteed. High-quality gear can highly protect DHK electric chain hoists from possible or potential dangers.

9.  Electromagnetic Contactor
           High quality electromagnetic contactor can be used safely  and smoothly especially under high-frequency operations.

10.  Transformer
          Equipped with 24V/36V transformer device. The device is used to prohibit unexpected accidents caused by electric leakage and guarantees the safe uses while raining.

11.  Support Frame
         The loading support frame consists of two steel plates, which is extremely sturdy. The advanced structure and remarkable frame can provide more safety to our hoists.

12. Inverse Phase Sequence Protecting Device
           It is the special electrical installation which controls  the circuit not to work in case of wiring error in the power supply.
            A specially designed current-post prevents motor from running at incorrect wire connection.

13. Push button
         Waterproof push button is applied. It is light and durable. It has the function of operating or stopping the load works immediately.

14. Chain Guard
         When lifting work began, chain guard is used to  protect the chain from potential or possible dangers, especially in some extreme situations.

15.Eccentric Bearing
         This eccentric bearing is also an essential part of  our DHK electric chain hoists. It is simple in structure and easy to use. What’s  more, it can realize the eccentric function without eccentric shaft and reduce the manufacturing cost.
