2. Support Frame

3. Chain
         The load chain is made of case-hardened grade 80 steel that has been mechanically galvanized to resist corrosion or adopting the imported FEC80 ultra heat-treatable aluminum alloy, the chain can be safely applied in poor environments such as rain sea water and chemical plants. What’s more, the high strength calibrated load chain is with carburization treatment and the minimum breaking load will be over. Made of the steel that is exclusively and heat treated for heavy-duty work, the chain is not likely to come off its wheel and runs stably.

4. Hook
       Forged and heat-treated hook of electric hoist ensure extreme safety, under over-loaded situation, deformation may occur, but won‘t break up. And with perfect strength and hot forging strength, it is hard to break and due to its 360 degrees rotation and safety tongue piece ensuring the safety of operation of the lower hook. 5. Inverse Phase Sequence Protecting Device
         This equipment is used to control the circuit not to work in case of wiring error in the power supply, which is a special electrical installation. 6. Side Magnetic Braking Device

8. Transformer

9. Limit Switch
         Installed where the weight is lifted on and off, the limit switch device is equipped to make the motor to stop automatically so as to prevent the chain from exceeding for safety. Besides, the limit switch installed on the hooks on the hangs can make the electrical machinery automatic stopping, which ensures the security. Upper and lower limit switches on chain models and upper paddle limit switch on wire rope model can regulates load travel.

10. Clutch
         As overload protection, the clutch–metallurgical dust clutch is very safe. What’s more, it plays a necessary part when some overload situations happened.

11. Pendant Control  and Button

12. Brake

13. Gear and Components

14. Overload and Overwind  Safety Device

In the event of an overload, the device actuates and prevents the hoists from continuing to lift which protects the hoist from damage.
