Plain trolleys
Plain trolleys are kind of lifting devices/lifting tools and can be mounted using lug-mount or hook pin. Plain trolleys are one of moving tools which requires manual handling to direct movement in a traverse direction and applied on flat or tapered beams. The plain trolley are operated by pushing the load and for the geared trolley, we can pull the hand chain to drive it.

1. Body

2. Pivot

3. Buffer Rubber Blocks

4. Test

Electric trolleys are used for supporting and mounting hoisting equipment. To tell the truth, the function of electric trolleys is similar to the hand trolley, but they help to save a number for labor and finance which is very convenient and comfortable. Motor as power, four-wheel walking in the range of Beam, It quickly moves loads along Beam with the button pressing, and can combine electric hoist and other hoisting tools to form one electric transportation driving.

1. Motor
The motor provides the strong power and electricity for the operation. Also, the shell of motor are protected well in case of being harmed by the wet, dust or other corrosion. Therefore, the motor is quite reliable and stable that can be trusted completely.
2. Motor rear cover
The motor cover is quite hard and tough so that they are not easily to be influenced or corroded by the moist/humid, dust, extreme heat, which greatly improve the durability of the strong motor for long operation.
3. Wheels
Thanks to those wheels, the trolley can move easily and flexibly for lifting or hoisting the goods to a far distance. The wheels include leading wheels and follow wheels, the pictures are as follows. The leading wheels are in the front of the plate, which play a leading role in the moving and the follow wheels are in the back of the plats, which take a subordinate part. But they are all necessary.

Besides, the geared trolleys can be divided into two types, RMGTA and RMGTB, which are suited in normal beam and long beam separately.

1. Precise trolley wheels
A contour trolley wheel design provides maximum beam contact on flat or tapered beam and the wheels are made to fit any shape of beam. They are adjustable to any beam width, simply by adjusting the number of collars. What’s more, the spherical wheels can move on the slope gradient of less than 1:6 and multiple spacer washers can make beam flange width adjustment quick and easy.
2. Ball bearings
The ball bearings are high grade sealed, in the moving wheel and using steel spur gearing for optimum strength and smooth operation.
3. Plates
One of the great advantages of plates is that they are anti-drop and anti-tilt which is very stable and sturdy. What’s more, the rugged steel side plate is formed to include bumpers and trolley guards and the frames connected by the steel equalizer load crossbar are secured by locking nuts and cotter pins.
4. Roller
The roller, a cylinder that can turn around in a trolley which can be used for the chain to roll smoothly and lift goods.
5. Brake
The brake is solenoid-operated, which is aimed at stopping the device in time and avoid the sudden emergency.
6. Protection class
The protection class adopts IP54. For those width of I beam is less than standard width, we require sectional drawing (specification) of I beam to see whether the wheel could be loaded.
