1.Battery
These electric forklifts adopt high quality rechargeable battery, whose capacity is very large and working time can reach 7 hours. The battery is placed on the bottom frame, which can act as a counterweight, helping to make the electric forklifts more manoeuvrable and stable. The standard voltage of these batteries is 60V.
2.Automatic transmission
Electric control standard can be operated by users’ fingers. When mistakes or system failures occur during the operation, it will do the self-diagnosis and display the result by pictures or texts. 3.Safety Button

Other two kinds of forklifts
Diesel Forklift
The most obvious difference between diesel forklift and electric forklift is they use different energy. As the name indicates, diesel forklifts use diesel instead of electricity to power the machine and the optional engines include Xinchai engine, Dachai engine, Isuzu engine and Mitsubishi engine and so on. These engines with EUIIIB/EUIV/EPA standards are highly efficient and consume low energy. The emission level of them is also low. In addition, the TCM technology transmission with floating system adopted by these diesel forklifts can greatly reduce the forklift vibration and noise.
Normally, diesel forklifts are more powerful than electric forklifts. In some countries, diesel forklifts are even cheaper than electric forklifts because oil is cheaper than electricity there. Diesel forklifts are ideal for outdoor conditions because they are not adversely affected by wet or damp weather. Therefore, in harsh winters and humid summers, They are most advantageous for outdoor applications. Thanks to their exhaust catalysts and purifiers which can reduce exhaust emissions, diesel forklifts are also acceptable for occasional indoor usage.
Diesel forklifts can be refueled on-site and they are immediately ready to go. Compared with propane forklifts, the diesel fuel system is internalized where propane engines are either external or rear-mounted, so the diesel engine can last significantly longer than propane engines. Some extra attachments like hydraulic attachments can be added to a diesel forklift. The high torque of diesel forklifts make them better on gradients and more powerful for towing duties. Also, diesel forklifts can be used at any time of the day or night.

Propane Forklift
Propane forklifts use liquid propane gasoline as their powered energy, so they adopt gas engine. A gas tank is installed at the back-top of the propane forklifts.The high performance imported gas engine like Nissan, GM etc for these propane forklifts comply with EU/US standards which is highly efficient. These engines consume low energy and have low emission levels. The US IMPCO and PSI convert system of these propane forklifts can highly improve the efficiency of the converting process and act as a continuing support to the forklift performance.
Compared with the other two kinds of forklifts, propane forklifts have higher usability because they can be used both indoors and outdoors with little decrease in safety or efficiency. There are two types of gas forklifts, liquid propane gas (LPG) or petrol gas. Although propane emission level cannot compare to the zero level of electric, it is considered clean enough for indoor use. The LPG is also safer than other gases to use, unless there are food and beverage requirements.
Propane forklifts can generate better performance, better horsepower and torque than electric ones. They are easy to refuel and the process only involves replacing the empty propane cylinder with a full one. The travel speeds, rates of acceleration and lift speeds of propane forklifts usually outperform those of electric and diesel forklifts because they have better power to weight ratios and more responsive engines. The LPG is stored outside so the LPG storage cage can save valuable indoor storage space.
By virtue of the cylinder head temperature, an propane engine heats up faster even with a cold weather. Besides, the power to start the shift will not waver or decrease as time goes on. A propane forklift can operate at full capacity as long as the tank has fuel. Propane engines can last up to twice as long as diesel forklifts, thus saving money on maintenance. Last but not least, the initial purchase price of propane forklifts is lower than electric and diesel forklifts and they are becoming safer, more affordable and more eco-friendly.
