            Round slings made of high tenacity polyester of out  sleeve and inner core with tight overall structure are designed for lifting goods, which are high strong and non-damaging all-purpose lifting slings. Round slings are quite easy in use due to their light weight, high flexibility and can be provided with several components like links and hooks. For the convenience use for the operators, all round slings are color coated to indicated load capacity and come with a durable tag for easy identification.

            Cause their lightweight character, it makes them extremely easy to handle and store when not in use. The core of round slings is protected by a tough woven tubular sleeve also made from polyester without side stitch and those load-bearing yarns are protected by two woven polyester jackets which act as a buffer between the load and the polyester yarn. Corn yarns carry 100% of the load and there is no reduction in capacity from surface abrasion.

            The load bearing fibers of round slings are wound together to form an endless hank which never comes into contact with the load and no wear to the inner fibers thus protective cover remains intact, the working load limit is determined by the number of turns in the hank. Round slings are manufactured on a round sling machine, besides, those slings made on this machine are more compact as the winding of the yarn is uniform and the tension on each yarn is constant. Thanks to the continuous loop, it allows the load contact point to change with each application and with the alternating of load point, it helps to extend the life of the round endless sling.

           Round slings are widely applied for lifting goods such as steel wires, steel pipes, steel plates or other various machines and parts, loading and unloading cement products, glass products, rubber products, wooden products, paper products, pipe laying in wharfs, aviation, spaceflight, nuclear power establishments, transporting in port, plumbing, factories and many other fields.They can also  be used in choker, vertical and basket hitch applications.

4. Knitting yarns｜surface yarns
             Round slings with flat webbing opening strengthen consist of encrypted knitting and multiple of high tenacity polyester yarns which are protected by two woven polyester jackets in an endless or continuous loop that can carry a portion of the load, and the capacity is reduced by abrasion.
             Round sling is polyester sling that is filled with twisted raw material yarn inside, thus resulting a round shaped sling.

5. Buckle
             Shackles are eye type, reinforced with chains and with wear resistance, which is aimed at extending the service lifting of the harness. Using flat webbing slings with eyes, the eye opening angle should not exceed 20° at the connecting point.

             The working load limit is marked /written on it for users to operate properly and it is very convenient for customers to choose.

7.  Foldable structure
             Cause their foldable structure, round slings are very easy to carry and operate.

8.  Label
            There is a clear round sling information tag sewn on to the label with serial number and a copy of certificate together with one sling, which also equipped with CE logo and specification. And the customize label design can be built up for the customers’ request.

9.  Yarn in double Layers Sleeve
           Sleeves are used when lifting sharp edged loads for even better resistance to cutting which is sewn around  the cover of the round sling so that it can be positioned to the area where it is required.
           Round Sling are covered with a double polyester woven jacket which provide a layer of protection to protect load-bearing fibers from damage, which is protected from cuts, abrasions and ultraviolet degradation since the fibers never come in contact with the load

10.  Jacket
           Round slings are manufactured with a colored fabric jacket based on the weight capacities of the sling. This makes it easy to recognize the weight ratings at a glance, quickly identify which sling should be used in a particular application. The polyester jackets also act as a buffer between the load and the polyester yarn.

           Cautions
           1. Overload, webbing repaired, overlapped and tie a knot are all forbidden. You should correctly use the fittings to connect to the slings. And in “choke” lifts, only use flat webbing sling with reinforced eyes.
           2. When in operation, there existing a big friction. Don’t drag the slings on rough surface and remember to place correctly the slings after use.
           3. Remember keep a steady lifting situation and choose the right capacity lifting slings.
           4. Pay attention to keep round slings away from chemistry environment and harp items, the appropriate temperature range is from -40℃to 100℃.  
           5. Slings should not be hang on the tip of the hook and ties should not be done like picture shows.
           6. Flat webbing slings and round slings should not be placed around sharp edges or over rough surfaces, use wear sleeves and edge protectors where necessary.
           7. When lifting pipes, angle of the slings should not be too big, and flat webbing slings should be applied in such a way that carrying the load over the full sling width.
           8. Loads may only be placed on slings if damage is precluded. Do not drag slings from under load. Position the sling correctly to ensure easy removal after use.

Packaging  Details
           PVC bag for each round sling, and then be put in wooden pallets. They can also be packed in cartons according to clients' requirement.
