How are they distributed ? I did not see the pricing attached. What voltages are available? Who else sells them in the USA?

I have still not seen any pricing in US dollars. Where do they ships from? How many would I have to buy at a time? Where would I get parts? How available are the parts? And so on……… I would also need to see a demo unit.
