"LIFTING SPREADER BEAMS SLINGS AND SHACKLES FOR HOISTING OF ROO RDU UNIT
Supply 6 sets of fully certified lifting spreader beams,shackles and sling assembly`s for ROO supplied RDU units which are hoisted up at rig sites for coms.
The spreads will be owned and will be permanently located on rigs. Full certification package will be required for the equipment
Fabrication and supply Heavy Duty Steel Spreader Beam length =3.45 m, 35 ton with top two pad-eyes 25 ton (YTYPE), and down pad-eyes 25 ton(X-TYPE).HEB-300.
- Stiffener Plate 16 mm.
- According to Standard BS-1290
- Weld Procedure Specification (WPS)
- NDT Reports.
- welding inspection certificates
- pad-eyes test by (pad eye tester machine)
- Load test at 70 ton.
- Painting and top coating.X 1 PER SPREAD
