1. Chain
The lifting chain adopts the level 100 nickel plated chain, default chain is G80, level 100 nickel plated chain is also available for strict usage. Furthermore, chain test can achieve 4 times breaking, which has high safety factor and long service life. Compared with G80 chains, they are 25% stronger than them.
Cause they are made from a special high strength alloy, the feature unbeatable combination of toughness and resistance and wear.
2. Spray
Special processing makes it smooth and shining permanent coating can achieve the purpose of decoration and corrosion-resistant.
3. Flexible clutch technology
The adoption of unique clutch technology make VG lever hoists can lift goods at any high grade.
4. Handle
The reinforced handle has high strength, light weight with non-slip set, which is safer and more reliable. It also has superioor rubber grip with fastening screws.
5. Hooks
The new design of forging type hooks of which the top is safe and has slowly bending performance. Besides, the widen tooth make it can bear heavy loads. Both upper and lower hooks are shaped by forging and they have fine apppearance and high intensity.
6. Cast latch
The hook is eqipped wih safety mechanism, hook latch to help strengthen and protect velnerability points. The thicker material makes latch stronger and engagement with the tip of the hook creats secure losure.
7. Hand wheel
The unique hand wheel with knob design is different conventional free wheel system.
8. Screws
The whole products adopt non-slip fastening screws.

VG lever hoists utilize the best tooth-shaped rounding and high impact gears.
10. Brake
Thanks to the double pawl brake system, the safety factor is increased twice. The patented fused brake is unbreakable, anti-oil, anti-skid with good braking performance. VG lever hoists deliver positive performance thanks to a brake design incorporating two moisture-resistant asbestos-free brake pads and four braking surfaces, which includes two brake pawls for added reliability.
11. Bearings
The caged roller bearings are equipped on load sprocket and thrust bearings are installed in bottom hook assembly. High-quality needle bearings which increase performance have long service life and ease of maintenance.
12. Chain guide
The chain guide system is simple, allowing operation in horizonbtal position, which can make sure smooth and avoid jammed whne you are pulling the load chain.
13. Stop knob
The estop knob is designed to protect the lever hoist even the operators wrongly put the loadng on the end ring. Operators should use the knob to quickly and easily adjust the chain. The unique design safeguards against inadvertant freewheeling under load.
14. Fused brake disc and ratchet disc
The Ratchet disc and Friction Plate/Discs are fused together. This design greatly increases the brake service life and reduces wear and tear while offering greater oil repellency.

Cautions
1. It is strictly prohibited to overload, lengthen the handle without permission, and strictly forbid other power operations other than human resources.
2. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly prohibited to do any work or walk under the heavy objects to prevent personal accidents.
3. Before use, make sure the machine parts are in good condition, the transmission parts and the lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal.
4. Check whether the upper and lower hooks are fastened before use. Load should be added to the center of the hook chamber of the hook.
5. If you find that the hand lever force is greater than the normal one, stop using and immediately check the lever hoists.
