we have looked at your prices and they appear favourable

at the present exchange rates

we do not intend to carry stocks as we are much more involved in the pneumatic hoist market, we will instead purchase units as and when reequired, in particular the larger capacities of hoists

Your price list has also been forwarded to our sister company in France, V*** International, for their perusal and comment as they currently purchase and stock the KUDONG version of electric chain hoists

Just looking at the chain sizes, we have a query

The 2000kg hoist in the catalogue shows one fall of load chain

However the load chain size you have quoted for this is 6 x 18 which is not possible as this size of load chain will only achieve 500kg per fall of load chain ?

Ie 500kg = 1 fall 6x 18 :  980kg = 2 falls 6 x18

Can you check this and let me have the correct size of load chain for the 2000kg unit

However the prices you have quoted are very much expensive for the EC market

For example we can purchase a 3tonne SWL air hoist from JDN for less than £ 3,000.00 ( USD 4,500.00 )

Can you please forward data sheets on this range of electric hoists along with a current export price list

For your information electric hoists within the EEC must have (a) overload limiter (b) pendant control c/w emergency stop

(Supply Voltage is 400v 3ph 50/60hz )
