2101 Agogo FPSO - RAMHOIST Ultra Low Headroom Trolley Hoi for Singapore

Customer: Hi RAMHOIST,

We are *** company and designing the monorail lifting for the heavy-duty ball valve, 13.5T.

We are considering using your 20T ultra-low headroom trolley hoist for our Agogo project due to its excellent design with low headroom and short curved radius requirement.

Below is our beam design:

1. Beam W18x55 uses as monorail.

2. The red curved monorail and yellow straight monorail are removable monorail. In the normal condition, the yellow will be in place and we will take it out following by installing the red portion to do the material handling of valve. Can you advise your 20T trolley hoist can fit the given beam profile (W18x55)?

3. Can you share the dimension of potential hardened wheels of trolley (diameter, width) so we can verify the structure calculation for W18x55 monorail beam profile.

4. When the removable monorail (either curved or straight monorail) engages the fixed monorail, what is the requirement for alignment control? Can the trolley hoist pass the 15mm gap between removable monorail and fixed monorail? Any other requirements in X and Y axis?

5. Any certificate for 20T ultra-low headroom by a recognized certifying authority? If so, can you share with us?
