Request for Quotation for Floor Crane (2 Ton) (Hydraulic – Manual Crane) for UAE

We are having a crash requirement of 2 TON Floor Crane (Hydraulic – Manual Crane) for UAE Project. Request to provide Techno-Commercial Quotation (Drawing / Data-Sheet) for 2 TON Floor Crane on Urgent basis.

1. W.r.t the height of equipment to be lifted by the floor crane, Floor Crane shall be designed for a lift height (hook to ground) of 2.1 M.

The lowest height for lifting shall be 1.5 M.

2. The turning radius should be lesser than 1.5 m (may be less than 900 mm) based on space/access available at site.-

3. The boom will be xxxxx mm (To be filled by Supplier) extended beyond the front wheel in dropping position.

4. Also, supplier to mention dimensions in Working position and travel position (while approaching the maintenance item).

5. Can proposed floor crane be moved in transverse direction (sideway) also?

NOTE: Below carne supplied by some other Supplier is not fit for Purpose. See below details just for information:

1.As observed, floor crane provided in CGF is not feasible for its purpose. The subject shall be replace with extendable boom length, please see below a recommended type.

2. Below details are just for information Only:

1. Also, supplier to mention dimensions in Working position and travel position (while approaching the maintenance item).

[By Others] The base will be 900 x 900. The boom shall be in drooping position by approx 700 mm beyond the front wheels.

LTHE Comment: 700 mm will hit the skid piping assembly. May be upto 250m allowed.

RAMHOIST: the counterweight part should be changed as the same as drawing showed, it need extra 200 USD
