I am looking for motorized end-trucks with the following characteristics:
END TRUCKS, 5 TON, MANUAL - MOTORIZED TROLLEY SINGLE SPEED 35 FPM
- MOTORIZED CANTILEVER TROLLEY APPROX. 4'-0" SINGLE SPEED 35 FPM
- ANCHORS INCLUDED
- STEEL PAINTED RAL WHITE 9016 STEWART ENGINEERING
- Rail type is ASCE 30
- LOAD BEING SUPPORTED:
o Overall mass of the bridge assembly – 4678 lbs.
o Overall mass of the lifting frame – 2785 lbs.
o Overall mass of payload – racks + extrusions - 5800 lbs.
TOTAL MAX LOAD: 13,263 lbs.
We are looking at two design options...
1. Two individually driven end trucks by separate motors
2. Two end trucks driven by the same motor. The motor can be located either in one of the end trucks or in the middle.
