Could you please learn the below material when you check catalog.
we have cancelled the material as Chinese shell, gear, hook and motor, because it will not make sense that it will not attract your market caused by quality problems.

Please note that we are devoting to do the best chain hoist inChina. I investigate the price for most first classics of suppliers international, but the price is more than us.

we are using light aluminum alloy shell, FEC80 ultra heat-treatable aluminum alloy chain, hot forging and perfect strength hook, America-standard motor, I think you can make a wise decision. I am most confidence on our chain hoist that I have observed it carefully it is close to perfect.

We have done 7 improvements in 2 years that the classics will be definitely welcomed by your market.

Dear Mr. Yang,

Thank you for your new offer CIF Piraeus.  As far as chains are concerned you did not understand us.  Of course we know that in the price is included 3 meters chain length.  If we order we need that we will be able to deliver from our warehouse the el. hoists with length of chain as much as needed case by case from our customers.  For his reason we need to stock 100 met. length of chain for each category and we will cut it to required length and fit it to the hoist. 

Therefore we need to know the pitch and diameter of the chains which you use to the hoists: SSDHL 02-01              2 TONS

                                                                                                                                      SSDHL 02-02              2 TONS

                                                                                                                                      SSDHL 02,5-02-01       2,5 TONS

                                                                                                                                      SSDHL 03-02              3    TONS

Please find attached what information we need for the load chains.

Also for the el. hoists we do not need the 3 mets. length of chain as 3 mets height is more or less useless.  Usually we buy the el. hoists without chain (only with 0,5-0,8 mets of chain) which is used from us in order to connect the chain which we will insert in the hoist and then we scrap this small chain.

Our standard payment terms to our Chinese suppliers are

either 100%  Cash Against Document with arrival of vessel to Piraeus port

covered by Bank Guarantee or with 10% -20% down payment and the rest

C.A.D upon arrival of vessel to Piraeus port.

With you we made an exceptional payment with 30% down payment as

it is a trial order.

For the balance of 70% it is true that according to your proforma we should

pay you before shipment. This is a mistake of ours which we didn't notice.

Now we propose that you accept the 70% to be paid upon arrival of the vessel.

If you do not agree of course we have to honor the agreement and in this case

we will pay you on Friday  April 23th.

In such a case I am afraid that there will be not any repeated order in future,

even if quality of your products is good.

We received the order with 2 pcs electric hoist and we would like to know if  the hoist

are furnished with overload device (clutch).

According to your offer of 27/1/2010 we ordered 1 pc SSDHL02-01  2 TON capacity

with lifting speed  6,8M/MIN, this hoist is O.K. and 1 pc 3 TON capacity SSDHL03-02

with lifting speed 5.8M/MIN.

Please note that the second hoist of 3 TON capacity has a lifting speed

of 4,4M/MIN and not 5,8M/MIN as per your offer.

Please advise us which lifting speed is the correct one.

For the clutch, it is assembled only for original Japanese chain hoist but the price is very high, we assemble according to customers’ requirement, if you need to assemble we can do for you next time. Clutch is a separate spare parts here.

The speed for 3 TON capacity is 4,4M/MIN and not 5,8M/MIN, I am sorry the speed I sent to you is the old type, and the chain hoist we do is the new type and speed is 4,4M/MIN.

Please understand that by law all electric hoists sold in Greece must have overload.

For hoists up to 1 TON by clutch which disconnect the motor, and for hoists over

1 TONS with mecanical overload device.
