1) Hitachi/Stahl/Equivalent Electric Chain hoist with Electric Driven Trolley to suit the curved beam –3000kgs capacity x 17.0 Mtrs lift height

    with dual speed and dual braking type preferably, 415 volts, 50 HZ – 1no

2) Curved Galvanized I-Beam as per the enclosed drawing   - 1set ( For the details like radius and length, kindly check the drawing)

3) Insulated bus bar to suit the curved I- Beam as per the drawing- 1 set.

4) Positional limit switches for the height, travelling/ End stoppers for the trolley ( all the limit switches should be either Honeywell or imported make)

The I-Beam will be fixed to the Roof, no vertical supports are available. calculate I-beam accordingly.

Sorry for my delay since I can not access into my email.

There has sever questions for your request:

1, zinc plated material is hard to purchase and hard to produce according to your I-beam.

2, do we only quote I-beam and electric chain hoist?

3, green and blue is available in drawing, we are not clear which part of I-beam you request.

4, do you need I-beam to fix roof? then what’s the structure of roof? steel structure or concrete? steel structure is easier to install and price is lower.

5, most import is what exactly place for I-beam to install, would you pls mark and supply size.

It is really hard to design only for this drawing and it’s a loss if you buy the improper one.

Answer : we need Galvanised I- Beam only, as the industry is food Industry, hence we can’t use standard I- Beam( Alternatively Advise)

2, do we only quote I-beam and electric chain hoist?

Answer : You need to quote for the entire system

3, green and blue is available in drawing, we are not clear which part of I-beam you request.

Answer : Sky blue line is for traversing length.

4, do you need I-beam to fix roof? then what’s the structure of roof? steel structure or concrete? steel structure is easier to install and price is lower.

Answer : It is to be fixed to the roof with junction plates with a distance aprt 2.0 mtrs each.

5, most import is what exactly place for I-beam to install, would you pls mark and supply size.

Answer: It is sky blue line, curved beam, go through the drawing and calculate the beam size based on the supports and traversing length and it should be curved as per the drawing.
