the attached hoist Data sheet HKD1004S shows hook lift is 3/9 m but we
asked for only 20 m, so please send data sheet of 20 m hook lift.

Please also note the following technical features should also be included
in your offer:

1) the load chain should be Nickel diffused chain (Zink galvanized chain)
.... corrosion resistance.

2) the chain container should be of steel (Zink galvanized) and corrosion
resistance

Previous attached date shows hook lift 3/9 m is our normal lift, the price I offered is based on your request 20 m hook lift.

But our chain could not be Zink galvanized since it will break easily if Zink galvanized. Although we can buy Nickel diffused chain (Zink galvanized chain) but it is very higher, could we deal the hoist without chain?

Other condition could reach your requirement except our normal guarantee period is 12 months.

After many days I am in contact with you because our client has responded today about our offer we sent of 10-ton electric chain hoist (Kito Design), the client has now changed and required two hoists each 10-ton fixed on ONE double girder type trolley power driven, one hoist 20 m lift & the other 6 m lift,

Please see below an Enquiry of Electric Chain Hoists of 7.5-Ton capacity, the Client needs Japanese made chain hoist, if you have letter from KITO Japan of joint collaboration with your company then please enclose with your offer, this is required by our client.

Yes, It should increase (the perimeter of H-beam=400+400+300+300=1.4m, need some allowance, then 2m is one turn, for 2 turn, it need 4m)
