Interested in a chain hoist does not have pendant control（has controls just above the hook）from U.S.

As far as I know, the pendent control means the control cable with push button switch.

Pls check the attachment which I marked in red, the standard pendant is two button and same as us.

Pls point out if I understand wrong or what you mean is not this.
