Thanks for telling.

We are not KITO but the same technology as KITO, the difference is that we don’t have overload clutch.

Meanwhile, we also supply manual hoists and end truck (carriage).

May I know which you are interested then I work accordingly.

Dear Yang,
Manuals, electrical and crane components are for the same customers. I can sell all of them.
I am Not sure about your Company future strategy in Europe. What is your plan? There are various means of a possible cooperation but i am not interested in becoming a Dealer. If you want to have sustained growth in Europe, you Need to have your own Branch here. I can facilitate this for you, have Sales and technical staff available to Join and a Dealer Network i can count on.

nice to hear from you. I am not interested in a Joint Venture but can set up the branch for you. The German market cannot be disregarded - it's  too important and too large.
 
A rough expectation for Manuals, electrical and crane components could be:

· In the first full year I consider a potential turnover for of 1.5 mio € as very realistic.

· Annual growth rate for the first 2 year +30%, for the subsequent 2 year each 25%/pa. That means: 2015 = 1.5mio €, 2016 = 2,0 mio €,  2017 = 2,5 mio€, 2018 = 3,1 mio€, 2019 = 4 mio€

· Investment could be in the range of products to be sold plus a mere of 50.000€ for various matters

· Gross Profit margin in the range of 55% for Manuals, 35%-40% for electrical, crane components about 25%

· annual cost depends upon you set up. People, Marketing, Rent - consider for the first year 500.000€ - without my cost.

Hi Yang,
this all depends upon your long term planning. If you intend to achieve a sustainable growth, I would not recommend you. Too dangerous - you become dependent. There other means available.

but if this would help you in your decision, I can set up for you a proposal with a rough buisness plan. With this you are best prepared and can discuss further with Management. My fee for this would be 2000 €. The German market is too important to neglect.

Hi Yang,
as I said before - it is not my aim to work on comission basis at this early stage. This does not work. Your mkt share is very small in Europe, you will need to come up with a clear defined Marketing strategy first. Without this I am not interested in. Without this customers will not even listen to you. Sorry, but thats the fact. Before they will commit to you, they need to be convinced and may want to see your commitment first.

Your idea for having branch is so good, but now sales in Europe is few and it is risky to build branch, appreciate if your can introduce some customers to test market and decide further.

Hi Yang,
please don't mind telling me. Just because you do not have a bracnch or any strong sales activities in this market, your sales is low. You need commitment, thats what the market is looking for. Particularily if you are trying to sell through a dealer network.
