What is warranty for the electric hoist? How do you handle the warranty? Does it have to be shipped back to you?

Warranty is 1 year and covers all the problem by quality, normally customers shipped back damaged item to us and we will repair and send, customers just bear the shipping cost for sending back goods to us.
Never happened this in US. market before since all parts to US. is the best quality of ours.
